i can imagine some guys in a meeting room thinking "oh man this game would be much better if we reduced the cost of this item by 50 gold." i mean things like the cc time gauge are cool but some of these item changes are puzzling considering there is no real balance issues with them | ||

Anyone getting lag on US servers tonight? I'm fine by every metric I can take, but I get into a team fight and instantly cannot use spells and DC. Then I'm fine until the next team fight. I've never had this happen before. EDIT: Nevermind, my thoroughput is fine, but my router re-enabled IPv6 and that has always messed up my connection somehow. Weird intermittent lag spikes. Sorry to clog up thread. | ||

Shurelia's is much more attractive during this time too (or maybe the new Ohmwrecker, I don't know). In any case, you've gotta get it before level 15 or else it's pointless. Overall, it just feels bad buying it. Hardly any supports need all the regen that it provides. The only support I can think of that might like the stats is Sona. Nami's mana hungry too, but she also really likes Shurelia's and probably wouldn't want to give up Philo for Eleisa's. | ||
