This makes her extremely effective in combination with health-stacking champions. Throw her shield, speed boost, and harass on top of all this and you have a fairly nice combo. % of health / % of percent of missing health doesn't particularly favor health-stacking over resist-stacking. Else, arguably you would have seen Maokais commonly building Warmogs in season 2.
Though one may be more cost-efficient than the other, that calculation is not substantially altered by a % health heal.

He didn't get promoted to Management (Diamond) and has to go back to sweeping floors* at Platinum.

Whoa, is this the real life? doublelift built randuins on graves. O.o

It is most slot-efficient right?

I don't think I've ever seen him build any defensive items except for those 2 on his ADC's. There was even a time where he refused to build GA in s2.

The point wasn't to make a statement about Health vs Resists as much as it was to make a statement about bruisers versus squishy carries.

Bly man, those last two fights around baron, everyone's ults were terrible. Like you hit 1 person, Pooksie ulted after fiddle zhonyas'd and knocked darius into EZ, Ori...idk what ori was doing.

One thing about this meta is that while junglers like Lee, Nocturne and Xin look like they were buffed heavily with HP stacking (and locket) being so great, that in part is only an illusion caused by the fact that people weren't going full tank on them before (which I think was the best choice even in season 2). All of these guys already have enough threat with just tank items, yet people were going for half-assed damage items like Brutalizer/Ghostblade. Now that people are building full tank on them, it looks like they are much better than before.

The armor removal on shield makes first go through on jungle really fucking rough.
I use to play HP Lee Sin back in early S2. Best build was 4mogs+atmas+merc treads. that shit was awesome.

Imagine if he weren't nerfed. He'd be picked pretty much every game with Xin.

Fuck yes I did it. Platinum division V! Caitlyn's Zealots. Won my first two promotion matches, then takashiX threw 2x games in a row and then we won a game where we had an argument with 2x ADCs, both argumental. Most dysfunctional team I've ever won with holy crap. I was so scared that I wouldn't win.

It's surprisingly noticeable in midgame teamfights.

I wasn't looking for retarded answers.
Scouting these people who were "bad' but has high "potential." How to identify potential? Only WE knew that Caomei would become from sux to god, sticking with him for months while he fed.

ELEMENTZ NEXT MADLIFE?

Maybe that's not the way he always played, but popular streamers kind of perpetuated this persona about him. He obviously did it enough to gain a reputation for it regardless of whether or not this playstyle accounted for a majority of his games.

I think it's fair to say that he lost lane like half the time, but he would lose them hard, like going 0/6 (because he would keep pushing and applying pressure). The thing about him losing lane and winning game is a bit overblown, partly because people placed too much emphasis on deaths. He would die often but he would still do his job. It was pretty funny as well which definitely contributed to the spreading of the whole notion.

Doublelift > cop, so Elementz = aphro + difference between dlift and cop + how hard they smashed that lane.
Elementz soon to be Madlife.
Best example is Doublelift imo. Was picked up by HSGG, due to sheer impressive solo queue play with Blitz, Poppy, etc. Then after a few team swaps, doublelift finally got good after Chauster babied Doublelift. Strong mechanics is actually best indicator of potential imo. You can teach strategy, much harder to teach mechanics.
