dude really? literally everyone who eyeballed the item stats over cost could tell it was busted, I don't know if we even have decent spreadsheets that disregard regen and such yet but you don't need them to see it's mathematically ridiculous. I don't follow the pro scene but if they have indeed only recently started using locket, yango is right, that's downright embarrassing and shows the game has a long way to come at the top level.

LW is 40% all the time, BC is an average of like 10% or so for garen. Trash.
A large percentage of garens burst is his R and ignite anyway, you don't need to worry about building AD too much.
You won't be hitting tanks when you'r diving squishies, those lines are far enough apart. If you want to focus tanks in teamfights you can get BC but untl your ADs damage is far higher than yours (LATEGAME) LW will still probably outdamage your original Q and E and then you'll get him lower faster to ult him ASAP instead of waiting another 9 seconds for your next E. This is that same reasoning you were using earlier when you were saying IBG was bad on Nasus I think you live in the magical one man fight world or something and that's why you're always posting stuff like this Also Black Cleaver has a base flat 10 arp and Last Whisper is only 35% arp I think...

Brutalizer has 10 armpen as well. I'm not disputing that it's a good item just that the extra 1.7k gold isnt that great when you can just get LW (600 more gold but you get extra AD as well as giving you %armpen that's always useful and you don't need to stack it)

To be honest, try to avoid that match-up. As Garen, stack armor. Pick up an early chain vest. Don't try to 1v1 him as he is stronger than you at pretty much all points during the lane I think. Wait for your jungler and try picking up kills off that.
The biggest thing is to be patient. Being denied and picking up cs at your tower is much better than getting denied, getting impatient, and then getting killed while a huge wave is building up.

stacking armour isn't foolproof against darius because his passive and R and ignite are all just like LOLNOPE
the most reliable stat to avoid getting burst down is hp but armour definitely helps to sustain you with pots but I would definitely try to get a giants belt instead of say tabi and a chain vest

I'd say their purpose was quite clear--to keep her power curve more similar to that of other AD carries.
The old Ricochet made Sivir's lategame teamfight ability extremely explosive. Especially since she already had one of the best teamfight ults in the game.

Ah man, I played an awful game with Nunu and figured that he sucks after the nerfs but after a second game I guess he actually can be a ton of fun o.O Flashing past enemies -> absolute zero, permanently slowing and autoing enemy caitlyn in a 2v2 at bot where I just attack her for like 15 seconds and our 50 hp ezreal finishes her with ult, and of course my favorite where they had 4 people a bit hurt in the midlane and I ran in the middle of them and baited them into fiddle ult -> flashed behind them and they all died soo fast.
It feels like Nunu has a lot of playmaking ability whereas with Taric I feel like he just has that one stun that either is good or isn't good but it doesn't feel like he has any real ability to make some creative / awesome plays.
I wonder how Sona will be after I save enough IP for her.

Yeah but now she is a "pusher" (except Cait, Twitch, Graves do it better) and a "lane bully" (Graves do it almost as well, Twitch, Draven, Cait, MF, Urgot do it better), and you've got Shiv so everyone can push anyway, plus her steroid is really weak unless your team benefits from AS since it's the AoE + MS parts that make it an ult, the self-AS is pretty weak.
Her original niche has been destroyed by the remake, and her current niche has been completely taken over, except super early (say between levels 6 and 11, when her ult and poke still work well and the others ADs haven't maxed their steroid ability yet).
What made her strong in terms of mobility (spell shield keeping her "free" + passive made her mobile and slippery in general, rather than a ponctual escape like Graves) relies mostly on MS, so with the power creep giving new heights to burst and gap closers she loses that too.
It's not that she's impossible to fit in a comp, but when Jayce's E can replace her ult for initiation purposes anyway you don't want to pick your AD carry mostly for what he can bring to the rest of the team. Currrently she makes me think the best that could happen to her (apart from buffs/tweaks) would be to discover some favorable match-ups top/mid against FotM champs (rather mid because she's trash at 1v2 even) so she can be ran alongside another AD carry for her ult. That's how "poor" she seems to have become. :/

I miss old Sivir ricochet. Boomerangs and glaives everywhere. Now I need to play DotA to get that kind of fix.

Aura bot but you can be cute with your micro bot lane and get poke harass. You're really squishy though so you need to be super careful how you do it. Also you have an AoE CC which is amazing. Super fun. Her default splash art is getting an upgrade so now it looks good, although Silent Night and Disco Sona are also really cool.
