Also a herb in Runescape
But anyways how do you counterpick/counterplay 4/5-man dive compositions (like Karthus, Shen, Nocturne, Ezreal, Lulu)?
|
^ Janna, Alistar, Kayle, Lulu, Shen, Jayce...
Graves:
V1.0.0.146: - General:
- Base attack speed reduced to 0.625 from 0.638.
- Quickdraw:
- Attack speed reduced to 30/40/50/60/70% from 40/50/60/70/80%.
Short range + poor base AS + very low AS%/level for an AD carry make him scale pretty badly.
(I just noticed that Sivir's base stats are pretty piss poor too. She trades her early burst for very short aa range and worst stats everywhere, except for MS, AS%/level where she's actually pretty good, AD where Ashe is worse, and HP where Ez is squishier. That's never gonna make up for her range and the fact that her steroid is her ult. Vayne actually has worse HP/mana/armour, but Vayne scales way better.)

Sivir was better when Ricochet was a toggle.

Is there an appear offline button yet? I thought there was (recently added), but I can't seem to find out how to do it.

I'd just like to give mad props to Yango, Locket OP as all balls. Started buying it on everything, just start winning all over the place.

Well, with Quinn coming out we'll probably get an OP as balls AD carry on day one. The Riot trend of releasing crazy OP AD carry's was broken twice in a row with Varus and Draven so I feel pretty confident that they'll make Quinn ridiculous.

I can't even take credit for it, because it was pretty obvious to lots of other people other than myself (and it really should have been obvious to everyone--it's an absolute joke that professional teams even in China and Korea were not abusing the item until Diamond abused the shit out of it at IEM Katowice, and speaks to how far competitive League still has to go). It's just that I happened to be more vocal about it.

So I seriously think AP Nid is too strong. Her spears do way too much damage, her heal is far too much, she is far to difficult to catch and even if you DO catch her she can stand toe to toe and just kill with cougar form. I don't think a champion should be able to do all of these things. Her laning phase isnt even bad except vs the strongest of early aggressors. I don't even know how you could fix her though as changing any of those things makes her not Nidalee anymore.

The main problem with Sivir ATM is her passive IMO. Remember when she first got remeade and if you got hit by her once you were dead?

If you change her 2nd cougar form ability to AD it might be a small enough change to make her still strong but not ridiculous

I'm just surprised because I compared her Q to Caitlyn and althouh Cait's is more dodgeable it's an overall better pushing tool and a lot less taxing on her mana bar... while Sivir is supposed to be a pusher. Trist, Graves, MF, almost Ezreal have better AS steroids than her too, and her base stats are shit considering how her kit+range are compared to the rest. She could really use some love.

That means you get 2 ticks of spin that benefit from the full 25% armour reduction and then unless you're training targets with just your auto hits in teamfights (lol) BC stacks will run out before your CDs are up
the only reason to ever get BC is to focus tanks down lategame with your ad brutalizer is still good though
LW is 40% all the time, BC is an average of like 10% or so for garen. Trash. A large percentage of garens burst is his R and ignite anyway, you don't need to worry about building AD too much.
You won't be hitting tanks when you'r diving squishies, those lines are far enough apart. If you want to focus tanks in teamfights you can get BC but untl your ADs damage is far higher than yours (LATEGAME) LW will still probably outdamage your original Q and E and then you'll get him lower faster to ult him ASAP instead of waiting another 9 seconds for your next E. This is that same reasoning you were using earlier when you were saying IBG was bad on Nasus
I think you live in the magical one man fight world or something and that's why you're always posting stuff like this
Also Black Cleaver has a base flat 10 arp and Last Whisper is only 35% arp I think...

Na, he's right in that BC > LW or BT only if your team's physical damage on the marked targets will make up for the damage you lose. And as he said, it's certainly true once your AD carry or a bruiser like Jayce is farmed enough, but in the early/mid game is where casters in general and champs like Garen shine burst-wise. Having to stack BC makes it a very shit item for any burst champ (seriously, "HSS puts 3 stacks on everyone!" but you sacrifice one of the biggest non-ultimate damage spells in the game for it), so to buy it early on you'd need to have fallen behind enough that you aren't your team's primary physical damage threat.
It's not that BC is bad. It's that rushing all day every day is a dumb idea.

I find the classic Bruta into LW best for damage on Garen/Panth etc. Cleaver in its nerfed state isn't as good in an AoE and since your dealing your damage in a burst even once your stacks are up most of your damage is dealt. I think Riven is the only champion BC 1st is still legit on since she has so much AoE so fast and can stack it much faster with ability -> auto + the armor shred will still apply when you use her ult which is a large amount of her damage.
On everyone else if your going for damage Bruta -> LW or BT is best. Obviously not in all cases will you be rushing 2 damage items but I really dislike Cleaver on AD Casters now.

I concur. You can finish that BC sometime later but get da LW first. Get big Aegis if you up against magic damage. If not get Funfire + Randuins along with your bruta + LW.
Garen's hella good all the way up until 45 minutes where he suddenly becomes a piece of poop relying on your team 100%. You occasionally are useful with your ult for picking off that person who would otherwise get away but most of the time you spin around yelling and screaming at yourself as they kite around you.
