It's not like that's nearly long enough when you can still open up a fight with an attack that does AD Physical + (Souls + 200% of total AD) magic damage. If you have a mere 200 AD and say 60 souls, which is not hard to get as an AD carry, your first attack is going to hit for around 100-150 physical damage and 230-400 magic damage (depending on resists). That's an insane amount of damage for a passive ability that takes no mana *and* has an active component completely unrelated. Thresh basically has two passives, and both of them are crazy strong. | ||

Elaborate please? :3) Ultimate does not count because the CD is too high. But what I wanted to say is that you have high ratio on your qwe spells its easy to abuse this. For example tresh can hit like a truck because of his Q passive which was never intended. Or Khazix with his high scaling of his spells. If Iirc Jax had high scalings too which led to the point nobody build hybrid on him and instead just stacked AD. Or Tryndamere has high scalings too on both AP and AD. I hope i could explain what I want to say | ||

Unless you mean that if ratios are imbalanced with nothing to compensate for them, then the whole champion is imbalanced I suppose, but that is like, a tautology? And doesn't have any special limit like 1.0 ratio (either AP or AD). | ||

I hope i could explain what I want to say That doesn't really make much sense imo. High ratios don't mean a champ is OP. It can certainly help push a champ into OP territory, but good ratios by itself is meaningless. You need to look at a champ's kit in its entirety. | ||
