Muramana also crazy good on Yorick and Urgot.

Yes, he does that every game on Zed.
He also builds SotD.

To tell you truth, I rarelly ever see any Urgot anymore.

SotD is really good in theory but you can easily get CCd in the 2 seconds it takes to autoattack 4 times. Often you just R q e 1 auto then get out because you'd otherwise die (this is enough to execute their ad carry if you're fed and have a big level advantage). Having to stay for 2-3 more autoattacks is very risky. But I guess if he can make it work it's worth.

Ah, never watched his stream until today. Own3d and I don't work so well, haha. I usually go Brut->BT->BC->GA on him, but this burst build seems pretty good if you can manage to stay on the target for 2-3 secs.

my favorite s3 change is how they redid penetration mechanics (giggity) to make Elise even more powerful

Random question: Do tournaments at the moment require teams to ban champions? What I mean is, I know there's the banning stage still... but can a team decide to only use 1 or 2 of its bans, instead of all 3?
edit: I ask because it seems like there could be some weird choices for the 2nd team to not use their bans in particular order to try and leave 3 OP champs available. This would allow the FP team to get the 1, but then follow it up with 2 of their own. Granted, in most cases in tournament play people are banning out specific players more than a champion, but it still made me think.
|
Yes you can just time out the ban.
|
Even if you couldn't, there will always be at least 6 useless champions to ban. Right now a nothing ban would be like, karma or urgot or something.

Oh joy it's free Anivia week again, time to watch people lay hideous walls and otherwise make my favorite champ look really bad.
Also, found my Shyvana jungle skills again. I have such a love hate relationship with jungling.

Phreak called him "Regi-naid" to troll him while shoutcasting during some tournament, might have been the season 1 championships. He also has the Reginald account but he's been on Reginaid for as long as I've been playing

Duo queue bot lanes usually end up feeding. Discuss
|
I feel like that's because a lot of duos feel compelled to lane together, so they go to bot. But they do this not because they both particularly like and are skilled at ad/support, but because they want to be buddies in a lane.
|
Onyxia is deep breathing more.
It's all in your head I am afraid I've seen good duo bot lanes and I've seen ones that make me cringe. Sounds like you are in a rut of the later kind.

Anivia is not nearly as difficult as her reputation TBH. It's extremely easy to perform averagely/competently as her, compared to a lot of other champs. While top professional level Anivia might be more difficult vs. top professional opponents, anything below that is very very easy for Anivia.

I've seen new anivias get egged and auto attacked to death in the middle of mid lane. That's neither average nor competent. Her pre level 6 laning is brutal to players new to her as they won't know how to use wall and Q well together to set up stuns. Her Q is so slow that most enemy mids can and should dodge it unless you add in wall or catch them in the middle of their minions.
