Keep in mind we're talking about a situation where getting the AoE auto attack is inconsistent and therefore the DoT is important. In terms of how good Teemo is really IDK I haven't played him in a real game in ages. I just think that if anyone was going to be able to use runaan's in it's current state it would be Teemo first. Maybe I'm mistaken though.

Eh? Isn't that the point of the system? To catch people that riot wouldn't otherwise catch? Given the current size of the player base, I kinda doubt that riot can actually handle the sheer volume of reports by themselves. In any case, reports are not always about what a player said. I can go into a game, say nothing but gl hf, and gg but still be massively annoying in other ways. It also highlights the importance of writing descriptions in the reports as well, as those ARE seen in the tribunal cases.

The total damage is 0.8 including the DoT. 0.4 is simply the flat damage done each hit. The point being that with everyone moving around constantly you aren't likely to consistently hit people, but on Teemo that matters less because of the DoT damage.

Still haven't been banned. Which makes me find it hilarious that someone actually ends up being banned. I mean you'd have to be so fucking atrociously bad at the game, and completely toxic to actually get banned in this game; it's actually unfathomable how full retard or terrible you must be to get banned in this... And this is coming from a guy who's one of those dudes on the mic flaming people the entire time back in the days of cs 1.5

I would definitely think that 20-30% of bans from the tribunal are people who should not be banned. which is an unacceptable margin, hell anything above 2% should be unacceptable, one in fifty cases is already ridiculously bad, and it's definitely above that. Yeah... I get what you're saying. And I was over-simplifying like crazy. But I think I'd still prefer the community to not-the-community, even if they suck. I dunno. Maybe that's naive.

Also I didn't think people at higher elo are just nicer to play with but I'm just sure of it after last few days.Either I am super lucky or just people just stopped spamming in chat and started screaming at their screen.Other than a rengar/zed who went a combined 0/12 by 9 minutes and didn't say a single word whole game(which we won rofl) all teammates have been decent >.>.

It's decent on Teemo, but it'd almost have to come after liandry + cdr + void staff which means by the time u'd get it you're already on like 250 ap by which point you might as well just get a hat instead on normal kog it's pretty subpar, but on AP cog its quite amazing

Popularity doesn't seem a particularly convincing argument against a visual rework. The real reason this is an odd choice is because Sivir has had the worst model in the game since forever. The Janna, Soraka, and Katarina models pre-rework were at least close to as bad, but there's seriously nothing else that's close. You can at least argue that maybe they want to make Karma more visually appealing (inc boob job), but I don't really understand what about Trundle's current model or look needs an update. Also, when they inevitably remake Nunu I'm totally gunning for Willump to just eat the kid and move on. Like, I totally don't even register he's there, the Yeti is the important part.

This, pretty much. Although his skills definitely need to be looked at; he's fallen waaayyyyy behind given the jungler power creep (and nerf to debuffs affecting jungle monsters).
