Also someone said Kennen's W only counts on the primary target.

I have no idea why people keep playing on hit Teemo every game like it's the greatest thing on the planet. Playing AP assassins or Zyra I just always blow him the fuck up whenever he tries to get close enough to autoattack. I killed one 1v1 the other day without even taking damage as Zyra. Since all Teemos are building AP now, it just means I finish my Athene's earlier.

If it's indeed the case like you said that only 1 single offense ( a mild one in this case imo) is enough to justify a ban, I wonder if the heavy flamers I report everyday are actually banned ( I don't think so) Well, maybe we will hear something from Riot, since he has been unbanned before after Riot looked into his case and found him "wronlgy" banned. Still waiting for some EUW High Elo Solo Q people to tell me why exactly he's hated so much.
If you run a stop sign and then get accused of running a stop sign and running over a pedestrian, and then they realize the running over a pedestrian accusation is false you still get punished for running the stop sign.
Tribunal doesn't have any notion of severity though, it's either punish or pardon. Severity of punishment is solely determined by previous punishments, not by the severity of the offense.

Had to read this 4 times to understand what you wanted to say lol... also really bad analogy imo but that's not important
do you personally really think that saying "stfu you're stupid" to a teammate, but in the same game he was reported by 3 enemy players and wrote exactly 1 line in [all] chat which was: " at least he has last whisper", is really banworthy?
He's clearly being a victim of the tribunal system which is abused by some high elo trolls that don't like him.

And you really think saying "you're stupid" once should be bannable? Come on, there's a world of difference between flaming/harrassing/offending and just not being nice. I'm not gonna report someone for calling me or anyone else "idiot" or "stupid" once in a match unless he spams it, or mixes it up with other insults, or gets more aggressive. Half the players would be banned with such rules, I see similar or worse things in almost every match.
It was clearly a mistake to ban him but it does annoy me that people use such exceptions as "proof that tribunal is broken". It's simply impossible to have a perfect justice system with 100% accuracy and The Tribunal's margin of error seems pretty low from what I can tell.

Entenzwerg is the most positive guy in solo queue next to yellowpete, it's retarded he gets banned because he likes to play weird stuff sometimes like teemo bot and nasus and shit and just gets reported. Tribunal is retarded people just spam punish I guess.
The reason the tribunals error is so low is because you can ban just about 99% of the playerbase if you catch a game they played when they were feeding/a teammate was feeding. Entenzwergs bans were total garbage.
I've seen so much worse from people who never get banned it's just a matter of did you feed if yes did people dislike you enough to report if yes you will eventually get banned

It might depent on how you look at it. But I think it's actually a big problem when innocents get punished, even tho the margin of error might be pretty low

Enten isn't really banned because he plays weird stuff I think, it's just a few high elo people really really hate him (for reasons unknown to me) and report him as often as they can. I think among others it's BAF AT THE GAME and Sickology Azox. Because there is so few people at high elo, he plays against them often so he gets reported often.

Unfortunately, I think all the problems that people are having with the Tribunal are the same problems they have with things like trial by jury... or basically any justice system in which peers are involved. Yes, there will be incorrect judgements (on both sides). Yes the people doing the judging are flawed themselves. But it's better than arbiters and people who simply mete out justice because dictatorships are never fun.
If you can think of a better system, by all means. But, frankly, if you do, tell your governing body, because they'll probably hail you as a hero and make you into a law scholar.
Edit: Well, dictatorships are never fun unless they're Neo's. Then they'r....DDDDDDDAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRKKKKKKKNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
