This extends even up to the professional level. Past the point where you actually understand what every item in the game actually does, your approach to itemization on a champ should not be "what build do I go on this champ?" (which is how 99% of people approach learning a champ, even on TL) but "how are each of these items beneficial to this champ and in what scenarios is it a good choice?" in the S2 meta there was very little experimentation, very little variation required anyway. bot lane was pretty fixed. there was some variation between when to get certain items but for the most part it was pretty fixed. now there's a lot of different starts and items so it's a lot more interesting, but back then it was perfectly understandable. as for what items to go, that's the first thing i do; ask for an item build and skill build. the first thing i want to do when i learn a new character is to have a set build. by keeping the builds static, you can focus on playing your character and getting the general feel for them. you will know when you are weak, and when you are strong, when you can take fights, when to retreat, doing mechanical things like comboing and last hitting, etc. when you possess a good understanding of your character then you want to start varying items and skill orders and seeing how they affect your game. until then i would prefer varying as little as possible.

What would adding a 3rd summoner spell slot to the game do?

I think this is the same question as "What would happen if Flash was something everyone had automatically, like Recall?" Seriously though, I think a 3rd summoner spell would mean that everyone runs Flash, and then the other two are any of the others. And they probably fall under the categories of "Kill more?" (Exhaust/Ignite/Teleport) or "Run away more?" (Ghost/Heal/Cleanse) Edit: To clarify further, it would be everyone having Flash and then very standard setups for non-Flash. All junglers would take Exhaust/Smite, all ADCs would take Exhaust/Heal/Cleanse, etc. It doesn't seem like it'd be THAT different, gameplay wise... everyone just has a free Flash.

Doublelift would try to run 2 cleanse + flash. All joking aside, it'd probably be flash + ignite + exhaust. Your dueling capabilities would beyond good. Also, isn't Smash supposed to be on QC team of Riot? How did he let Black Cleaver go into the patch in its current op'd form?

Also they should let you pick the same summoner multiple times to allow for more creative builds.

He explained on stream that he was consulted regarding the items at a certain time. He mentioned at that time, trinity felt much weaker than it is now and the Black Cleaver wasn't built with a health crystal. He did say he messed up by not picking up on the lack of a unique attribute on it though

Like to which LoL Team Could I compared them to in terms of powerlevels just to get an idea how strong the new liquid team is. I don't follow LoL and are fairly new to Dota 2 but they are pretty good. Previous complexity players. I would say they might not be the nr 1 dream team but definately one of the top foreign teams.

Lots of potential and pretty strong at the moment but probably not able to take on the Asian powerhouses.

Finals and finals, you can thank me later Playing League and SC2 now means your future will take a hit. Note how most of the pro-LoL players don't seem very educated and come off as angry 10 year olds. SC is a bit more respectable, but there's not a big future unless you are the best of the best edit: I'd like to add that I did really poorly at school for a term due to LoL.
