Anyone got a link to the new items/item changes in this new patch? I can only find the ones added to TT and Dominion.

I usually rush dcap and then go for grail/lichbane/zhonya/voidstaff in whatever order I think is appropriate for the game. Lichbane first usually if I'm getting constant blue buffs or if I'm fed, grail otherwise.

But I was thinking if I got the early chalice instead of the second dorans ring, and switched my MR blues out for AP blues, I'd have more MR and more regen and about the same AP and only lose out on 80 health. Good idea?

When he had real AP ratios he was actually a decent top laner. But riot says nope gotta pidgeon hole champions into one role only and nerfed him real good.

I'm watching a Zed doing terrible but that's because he only used his ult on ganks and questionable tower dives, rather than roam and abuse the fact that he outpushed Gragas (when he didn't have blue available).
Also he eats every Blitz hook and Gragas ult that gets thrown his way, so the lack of escape is showing. At least Talon can ult if there's no oracle, Akali can shroud, Katarina can shunpo away and putting a Diana in the middle of your team can be a free engage for them. But Zed? W-W seems too long to go less than a flash distance away, and he gets exploded.

Haha yeah their team is awful. They're playing AP bruiser Elise and assassin Zed and they get hooked all the time. They also totally missed their chance at a midgame timing.
I'm always sad when I see people that pick champs without having any idea what they're going to do, with regards to the game flow.
Cant take LMS hipsters serious.

What's funny is riot used to allow champs all kinds of build paths. Look at sion for instance. Or poppy that can be played AP or AD. But nowadays riot always tries to turn a champ into a one role wonder and then instead of a support they create an AP mid or visa versa then get all angry and nerf irelia.

My sentiments as well. I'm hoping that new item and mastery itemization brings new life into the game, cause it's getting relatively stale right now. Everyone seems to build like the same set of items, and every champ in the same role is to be played the same damn way.

Need something fresh, something new. But still nerf Irelia.

Well, his AP ratios are decent (759 + 2.1 AP burst combo), and he's tanky as hell with free armor, good base stats, and heal.

Mostly I just want to try it to fuck with people and so I can justify buying Fabulous Taric.

I'd say ~ 12-1500 50% of my leashes get screwed up by the mid sticking around too long just autoing, or something.

Omg, this first placement match was the most stressful game I've played, we tried sooooo hard and made a huge comeback, teamwork beats anything :D. Gotta say I'm loving Kyle top, her dps midgame is amazing and her ult is godlike in team fights.

It's not really teamworking though. Most mids, unless otherwise asked, just hit the thing once and then leave. It doesn't suddenly incentivize (I'm pretty sure that's not a word though) them to come help fight off invasion and counter jungling (most laners will just continue CSing even if you start fighting the other jungler in your own jungle), it doesn't make their ganks or setups better.

It's not a teamwork building exercise, it's just something mid players know they have to do at the start of the match to avoid being bitched out. It won't stop them from raging at you if your gank fails or if they get camped.

ok today i learned that wukong dunks on vlad pretty hard, went like 0/6 in lane xD felt so bad for the others, because you know placement matches, npnp farm abit and use ult on 4 ppl gg, I only picked vlad into an to me unknown matchup because I saw that we have anivia mid, amumu jungle and sona/ez bot. wombooo comboo
