It's not the same watching someone stream, because the fact that they're playing at the same time limits the amount of analysis they can do, and colors their perspective. Casting over FPVOD or replay after the fact allows a much deeper analysis, and a very different level of insight.
I'm not going to hold my breath for it though, because streaming appeals to a much wider audience and probably generates more money. if anyone should do it, it's probably you. No kidding. I could help you with recording/uploading/advertising if you were actually down to do it :L heh this would be pretty cool actually, you could do a series of TL weeklies, some with guests(navi,shake,nubbear,smash,neo,etc.).I'd watch that :o Don't know what your situation is but a daily would be really time consuming I figure.

If we were more knowledgeable/had more time I'm sure that would be something we could do, though providing that kind of content with little to no viewers kinda sucks. I know people have tried before and failed. I think it would really require someone who already has the viewer/fanbase to do it currently since viewership is already so widespread across LoL media, or one hell of a group backing promotion of said person/people.
Edit: Not to mention it would take the right personality...ie someone/some people as charismatic and fun to watch/hilarious as Day[9], which is no easy feat.

Dyrus is playing tanky Rengar (warden's mail/sunfire/SV/mercs/necklace) and semi-diving the enemy team with Blitz/Lee/Trist/Viktor/Mao... that thing tanks so much shit when he's prepping his fury so he has 2 to 3 empowered Ws. O_O It's almost disgusting.
The Viktor has Power Augment, abyssal and deathcap as a build. Uh, interesting I guess. Oh it's Arcade angeloid.

Very few people attempt to understand the game at a real level, most people are content being followers of pro players, and to ignore their obvious flaws. IN dota and in LoL major innovations come from the community rather than pro teams. a pro plays against a good pubstar who does something they haven't seen and the pros make it work in a team environment.

So happy for Rammus buffs.

innovation in lol/dota is less about the "who" and more about the "where". the environment matters for you to be innovative/creative. If you have a fun, relaxed game without pressure then you give yourself more time to actually try out stuff. like: not dieing ever, playing unusual champs, building unusual stuff etc. Most of the time this does not work but one out of over 9000 times you find something that works but noone does.
pros also innovate stuff if they allow themselves to do so (in skrims or soloq). creativity is not restricted to pub-players. But what is restricted is popularizing: Only if you play that new thing on a very high level, people will also believe you, because that is the only way to prove if something works generally in a low-mistake-rate game.

The reason "some pub player" came up with everything is that most pros troll build rather than attempt to find a new ideal. if that makes sense. they do stuff they know isn't very good because it's fun. yeah a few try to find new stuff, but mostly thats just some pub player because they play for fun.

Yeah, they should definitely at least put some sort of test environment up so they can identify most bugs before they get to the live server.
