Scarra running around at the fountain for a cumulative 3 minutes wondering what to buy was the best imo.

Whoa, the new buff particles & scoreboard on the latest PBE patch are tripping me out.

Scarra just talked aboutt he champ following Nami on stream, but he only said she was probably the champ to gather the most positive feedback from people trying her, and that you felt like a badass while playing her, and she was fun. So more or less the same thing as Saint.

I just tried masteries on the PBE and noticed that 21 points is actually not enough to get all the interesting stuff in defense (flat bonus HP/armor/MR, reduced slows, tenacity, %bonus health HP, %bonus armor/MR, honor guard). Hm... More precisely, you have to make a choice between tenacous (tenacity), juggernaut (%health bonus HP) and legendary armor (%additional armor/MR bonus).
I'll probably try - 10-11-9 (ignite mastery/bonus AP/CDR/MPen in offense, bonus HP/MR/%slow reduc in defense, mp5/summoner's cdr/buff duration in utility) - 9-9-12 (same, remove ignite mastery and %sloc reduc to get bonus mana in utility) - or 9-0-21 (bonus AP/CDR/MPen in offense, flash mastery/bonus mp5/bonus mana/summoner's cdr/items cdr/buff duration/bonus exp/CDR/MS bonus in utility).
9-0-21 seems the better choice anyway.

Legendary Armor is actually strictly worse than Juggernaut per point, unless you're interacting with % max HP damage.
EHP is a function of armor/MR * HP. A % increase to either armor/MR or HP applies commutatively to your whole EHP value, and so % increased armor/MR and % increased HP are functionally identical--it's just that Legendary Armor is a smaller % per point.
EDIT: Also, if "bonus armor/MR" means "armor/MR not gained from base value/level-ups" just like "bonus attack damage" does, that makes Legendary Armor even worse.

First time watching WoD stream. Why haven't I been watching this more!? He gives way more insight than I've come to expect from watching streams. Plus he has a really clear voice unlike so many of the american players.

Yeah, my final test involved ignoring Legendary Armor in favor of more champ damage reduction, and honor guard (I skipped the whole tier5 masteries for this, and only spent 4 points total in the tier2, so I can't get +6 armor and +6 MR).
The jungle alternative skipped the champ damage reduction (all 3 points) to get reduced damage from monster, 6 damage returned (my take is that it would be better in S3 since the big minion has more HP, if you're a single target jungler the mastery will deal more damage overall if you focus him down first while the little minions hit you) and a "leftover" point in the tier2 masteries to get smite mastery.
Going 21 in utility when jungling seemed like choosing between bonus exp/item cdr and bonus gp5/starting gold. Maybe biscuiteer and explorer are worth it though, and the lifeseal/spellvamp mastery. The 3% just seem so low I'm not sure it's worth it (esp. the spellvamp).
I've been annoyed by the fact that I'll miss on cdr if I don't go deep in offense and still want butcher, with caster champs. I'm definitely abandoning the ignite mastery now, though.

Personally I'm still waiting on someone to produce LoL content in the format of Day9's Dailies or 2009's DotA videos.
It's not the same watching someone stream, because the fact that they're playing at the same time limits the amount of analysis they can do, and colors their perspective. Casting over FPVOD or replay after the fact allows a much deeper analysis, and a very different level of insight.
I'm not going to hold my breath for it though, because streaming appeals to a much wider audience and probably generates more money.

i always thought about doing it as a way to improve myself, because watching someone's fpvod is the EASIEST way to notice flaws in his games ill get around to it some day, the problem is that its time consuming as fuck

The more I math out legendary armor the worse it seems
I can only think of one reasonable 21-allocation in defense that takes legendary armor, and I'm pretty sure no one will actually go this route. And it doesn't take all 4 points.
To be fair, juggernaut's scaling is not the expected 1.5/3/4.5% but rather 1.5/2.75/4% for some reason. But it is pretty much strictly better than legendary armor (except it's worse against %hp damage, and better against true damage) [hopefully this isn't the mastery calculator being weird - it's got a couple bugs]

Taric jungle OP, carried Scarra's Gragas. More or less.

No reason why the same thing shouldn't work in LoL. And Iirc someone strarted doing episodes of "the mechanic" that hit front page on reddit.

It's super fun watching do the "plays" though, it's pretty fucking awesome.
