Assuming you spec tough skin + indomitable masteries, I'd probably say Garen. Even at level 1 he can easily freeze an entire wave at his tower while taking almost no damage with his passive.

Well we destroyed them. But we had a Lee Sin that ganked, and they didn't (also enemy Ali was a pussy, started E, so I showed him how battlecom should behave in the fray).

Played a game as Leona with Malphite and Evelyn. I would just bait in Darius hooks and then get W and Ult off on the enemy team and then they would all disappear.
Why does Eve ult deal % MAX hp damage as instant AoE burst. At least it isn't AoE true damage.

Wow. Had to play support Trundle since we picked a jungler and I didn't have time to switch (would have been to Sona, with an Ashe). We could lane somewhat safely because it was against Kog/Lulu and the pillar + volley was good at disengaging, and their jungler was Fiora.
Then we arrived at the teamfight phase. AD Nidalee, Cho'Gath, Lux, Ashe, and Trundle. I rushed Zeke, then aegis, and shurelya so I had a good amount of cdr, and despite lacking a bit of damage having a 100% uptime pillar was so damn good and contaminate allowed me to run around on boots1 and still be able to outmaneuver people, catch up with everyone (bar Lulu MS buff and Zeal/MS buff Fiora) or flee if needed. Also ult to make anyone squishy.
They had Swain and Kennen, so itemization was helped and my pillar was especially good against such a composition, but still. I was impressed of how well it worked.

How would it nerf the interaction with DFG, any more than any other spell? DFG is always suppose to be used first anyways, the timing difference is pretty insignificant.

I think he means the full combo would do less damage if it were % of current health rather than % of max.

And like he said it would change almost nothing. You typically use it on full or high hp targets as the first move.
Real reason no major nerfs for the dozen or so champs needing them is world finals going on right now. Item "overhaul" coming before S3.
