If you can last hit creeps just fine without AD runes it can be argued Arp quints are better. Esp if there's anyone that does lots of physical damage but has poor AD ratios on their abilities. | ||

I know that flat arpen applies before %arpen does, but maybe AD would be more efficient on him. It also depends on how good you are at csing at low/base ad and how good you will be trading vs your opponent. | ||

Freezing the lane is very common in top (and bot if you're winning). | ||
