he pretty much has to dominate the laning phase to stay relevant in the end game tho. All the dravens I ever see either go like 15/5 or just faceplant into the ground.

As MF my trade has the same range as his, so it was a nightmare lane for me.

Eve got her stun entirely replaced. That's fairly significant. The efficacy of Jungle Alistar in recent months speaks to how effective he could have remained as a roamer had they chose to not remake him. If "better warding" alone shut down roaming ganking effectiveness, then why is it that jungle Alistar was able to reach permaban status when his farming capability is quite sub-par and he functions quite similarly to how he would have as a roamer?

They should have waited until 91 days after PFE's release to roll this thing out imo. They probably made million(s) off of people who impulse-bought PFE while it was at "discount price".

What kind of human being tells students not to use L'Hopital's on a limit? That's like telling a starcraft player not to use hotkeys

No, but they're still effectively losing money. Say you wanted to buy the new champ Khazikstan, but you didn't have enough RP. Well then in that case you'd probably buy some RP and unlock him. However, with this new feature, you can just refund some old skin you don't want anymore and then get the new champ. Just like that, riot loses out on $10. Economics 101 yo.

I really doubt this hurts them much...makes people happy and goes along with their image of a community friendly company.

And it's not like everyone is going to start refunding their old skins or w/e,people bought them for a reason obviously. This only protects idiot impulse buyers that don't know what to do with their money anyways.

They can certainly afford to take a tiny hit in revenue at the cost of promoting their "community friendly image", but arguing that they aren't actually taking a hit as a result of this is pigheaded.

I'll probably buy more RP before I'll use my refund tokens as there's nothing on my account that I want to get rid of. I'd imagine lots of people are in the same boat especially since refund tokens are so limited. It's really really difficult to argue that a company is losing 'effective sales.' There's no way of knowing in your example if someone would've paid actual money to get Kha'Zix in the first place. Maybe if they didn't have the refund option that person would just grind IP and get it a week later.

The refund feature was not that profound beside saving players RP - sure that makes some players happy, but it's not the right way to do it.

Lets say I bought diablo 3, disliked it, and want a refund and use the money to buy HOTS that I'd have bought anyway. They just lost the amount I'd have spent on HOTS right?
