While that is true, it's not true in market terms. 1. Many people would either buy more or don't buy any RP afterwards anyways, independent of wether they get a small amount back from refunds, so the "hit" is already a lot smaller than you might expect. 2. Most people won't actually use refunds. 3. They trade in digital goods, they already made a huge margin on your initial purchase. The actual "hit" they are taking is completely negligible for them. Yes, they might make 0.1% less money but it's not like they have to fire even a single intern due to that. | ||
