Hence it was guaranteed income for RIOT. Which they carelessly threw away. Oh and of course people will never spend the money they saved that way on other stuff RIOT offers. Once they get something for free they will never buy anything again. | ||

If we imagine Player A has X amount of money for LoL. What says he wont spend it on something else ? He wanted to buy 2 champs but only had money for one. Now with the refund he is happy because he can buy both now(1 for refund rp and the other with new rp). Riot saves money because they do not need to answer plz give rp back tickets and they improved their image as a player friendly company. | ||
