Real. I'm going to try and make it on topic. Would anyone be interested in a LoL-related one-shot session? I have some ideas knocking around for a couple stories, but I really only have 1 or 2 RL friends who play both LoL and tabletop games. I am very much interested. My DM was going to do it, but we opted for an Avatar campaign since we didn't need to brew the system.

I tried it last night with my brother, who played Twitch. We went up against an Ezreal/Leona lane and completely crushed them. The Fear -> Silence combo is ridiculously strong, especially if you get lucky bounces. Leona basically couldn't initiate on us because of the CC and damage. Once I hit level 6 the lane was basically over.
I imagine certain duos would present a much greater threat, but it seems really strong. Fiddle is actually a kill lane support, while being an anti-kill lane support at the same time. he's really strong in this meta imo. I've always been a huge fan of fiddle support. Fear + life drain, is ridiculously strong, and allows you to tank for a long long time. You guys have been watching too much Azingy. elementz pretty much brought it to the spotlight, against tsm. It's very strong. I think XL Winner was the first high Elo support to both main Fiddle and show it in tournament games?? Dunno if he was the first but it was rare enough to be surprising. He subbed for M5 with decent results.

What does on-hit mean? Like someone was talking about on-hit teemo and I have no idea what that is.

On-hit effects. Like his poison, Phage proc, etc. Making those things hit harder and more often.
... Right?

It refers to abilities or items which deal additional damage or apply miscellaneous effects on an auto-attack hit. Items like Malady, Wit's End, and Bloodrazor are "on-hit" items.

E.g.
- Teemo E does a magic damage DoT
- Malady reduces MRes
- Wits End does Magic Damage
- Phage has a chance to slow upon hit
- Frozen Mallet slows upon hit
- Wriggles has a chance to proc and do bonus damage to minions upon hit
- Etc.

If I ran one, I doubt I'd run just a Summoner's Rift match. I'd probably see what champions people wanted to play and then try to build a story that fit all of them. LoL has some fun lore and character interactions, I think it'd be cool to try and play around with them.
Then again, I know some people who just prefer combat-oriented sessions over RP, and it might be cool to see a match with Jayce and Viktor or Jarvan and Swain summoned on the same team.

Realistically I think the LoL could be suited to a lot of stuff, not necessarily combat related. Certainly, there's a lot of unexplored territory in the rest of the world and not just SR.
And one thing I learned long ago when brewing settings based on something like this: it's generally smoother when players play fresh characters in the setting rather than known, named characters. Letting people play named characters can be...problematic, depending on the player.

There's actually Roleplaying Threads on the official LoL Forums that are watched by some of the Rioters and Emissaries and they have regular signups.
