Riot policy is that money never buys actual power. You can get IP Boosts, but you have to work for that power. Even the "complete content unlock" referral reward doesn't unlock runes. | ||

If you're building him to deal damage, you're better off getting a BT. It's more shit for less money than 2 PDs. Hecarim's passive is not nearly as good as Vaporized seems to think it is. It's not the core of his kit, it's simply the cherry on top if you will. Hecarim's core ability that you should be building around is his W, imo. That's what makes Hecarim strong and unique; not his passive. Sejuani seems like she'd use FM well. It makes her a walking slowbot and powers her W. BUT, it's completely wasted on her if you get 40% cdr. With Sej E, FM will increase the total slow from 70% to like...maybe ~80% if that. It's a neglible increase. With max CDR, your permafrost slow has a 4 second downtime, but a 70% slow by itself is practically a 3 second snare. It's the strongest slow in the game after Nasus Wither. Frozen Mallet simply does nothing for her. I mean heck, if you really want an item that gives more slow+hp even Rylais is better since it'll power your skills (they scale off AP) as well. I actually checked out the 2k elo guide Vaporized refers to and even in that guide he's not really "advocating for Frozen Mallet." He put it as a luxury item you can get when you have absolutely nothing else to get. | ||

So dumb when I get tired of just supporting/going mid, change my runes to ADC/top and then watch as I call top/ADC and two ppl instant lock an ADC/Top. -_-. Fuck choking up 6300 IP for another rune page. I guess I could jungle with ghetto rune setups; no MS runes. | ||

Makes learning bot lane a lot easier. I really hated when AD carry started going botlane as I had the same issues of not being able to judge fights as well as I could in a solo lane but it's really just something that grows on you with time. Ezreal is a really safe lane. So is Corki. Graves is bullshit and kind of hard to win trades with because of his passive (although W max Ez can beat him if you have a strong support). If you're against Graves lane I usually just play safe, farm, and only fight if Graves or his support makes a mistake. I would not suggest playing Graves to learn bot lane though. As he'll get nerfed eventually. | ||
