Fizz is arguably the biggest counter to TF. He can just bait golds and playful trickster every single time, and once he hits 6 he can kill you 1v1 at will (Hell his level 3 burst hits you for 70%). | ||

As for roaming don't be afraid to lane gank or do things like W through dragon/baron to get past wards. | ||

What they are doing tho is they tend to buff something when a skin for a champion comes out,especially if the sale is not going as planned I'd say. | ||
