Unless Cask applies a full 6 stacks, or one per level, having 500 range and 0 harass options still makes laning the rat a huge challenge against... everyone. There is not a single ranged carry that cannot harass him without fear of repurcussion. And the slow was a fantastic initiate and a tool to save teammates, although this more just seems to make it worse and more skill based. On the plus side, the movespeed with invis will make his only lane advantage, the invisible initiations that force a losing battle or free damage (assuming you do it smart) just a bit stronger there. I wonder if the invis timer is going to be like 3/4 seconds per level. I think I'd be okay with that if the cast time was reduced by .5 or the movespeed hit instantly. Either way, excited to play new rat! Even if I don't like it in the end. | ||

And I'm not sure why you would think all the other ADs can harass him with impunity. The biggest change to his laning is that Expunge deals AD damage now, so it actually scales. With a Taric, you can kill most ADs around level 5 (Ignite early to null incoming heals). What I see that will differentiate good vs great Twitches after tweak is how often you poke and get stacks of Deadly Venom on. | ||

Considering Expunge scales now and his ult seems easier to hit, AND it's easier to apply poison stacks now which don't get removed by Expunge, it seems (once again, numbers permitting) Twitch's burst is going to improve from what it was. If this is the case I know they said they were going to improve his base stats a little, but with that amount of potential burst he'd better still be squishy as all fuck. I'm also interested to see how damage affects the ability to go invisible; with the removal of Eve's old invis I doubt they're going to keep the damage delaying invis mechanic personally. | ||

It helps his biggest laning problem of "no sustain" while also working well with his AD ratios, and makes his EQ poke pre-fight formidable and his melee QE and his ranged W bursting potential also pretty powerful. I definitely like it more than triforce, though the lack of sticking power is noticed, it's not like he doesn't naturally stick well. | ||

I like it, though, looks good. Her kit looks good. Interesting, will really have to see what it's like in game before making any calls. I'll be really surprised and happy if this is a Tuesday patch, the last lull between champs was too long imo. | ||
