It is, but my point was in a realistic fight you generally only get 1 off anyway, and you save it to run. If you're honestly in a situation where the only reason you died because E had ~5 seconds left on cooldown, and the only way you would have survived was if you had leveled it earlier, either: a) you got caught out of position, and that's more on awareness and what not than E's CD or b) a fight went badly and you got dove/your team died. If you blink and flash and they still manage to be on you, the extra CD probably wouldn't matter and you'd have died anyway. Yes, 11 second CD E is >>>>>>>>>> 19 second CD E, but I can't really see it being more useful to level than Q.

Twitch early game seems to be nerfed a little as Expunge does less damage and is physical now, and so is Xin's sustain in jungle, because he lost passive attack speed from his W and the refreshing of other abiltiies, so no more endless knock-ups ![]()

It's just a different game compared to arranged teams. But it's also very rewarding in its own way if you manage it. About the "crap I built gp5 instead of AP and now caster minions live with 10 HP everytime", I got into a discussion about Talon with some guy who held that LW rush and AD runes are way better than building a brutalizer. I ran some tests on paper and it goes like this: Cassiopea ("naked", armor seals, seals+chainvest) against Talon (ArPen or AD (marks only), 2 db+bruta+pickaxe, 2db+LW, 3db+BFS), at level 9, 11 and 13. I included the sunder mastery but forgot about the 3 AD one. Talon's combo is Rake + aa + Noxian diplomacy + Shadow Assault, I didn't factor in his passive or his E since it's %damage amplification. - BF first sucks in all cases. It would probably one-shot the minion waves tho. - The seals have no effect relatively speaking (they do reduce damage, but no threshold is passed). - bruta > LW until the chainvest comes, then LW > bruta, at all levels. The natural armor, even with armor seals, still wasn't enough at level 13 to make ArPen + LW beat ArPen + bruta. - ArPen marks > AD marks, always, to the point where AD LW > AD bruta at level 13. Same with BFS tho, since the minions are low on armor AD runes would help farming. - the AD curve of LW is smoother than bruta where it matters since you get pickaxe first (you can't with bruta+pickaxe or you'll lose a huge timing for bruta). So of course the conclusion is that stuff depends on circumstances: if your opponent rushes an early chainvest you're better off building LW, if he wants to build but later you can get bruta, then complete LW when he buys his chainvest and still truck him. So, considering that 2 dblades + bruta with ArPen runes isn't enough to one shot the caster minions (and even worse, you let them live with ~15 hp, essentially losing 1-2 to your own minions), where would you get more AD to deal with it? - 3rd dblade? - rush LW instead (+25 AD at 975 gold instead of +20, +35 @1400 instead of +25)? - replace ArPen runes with AD runes (on a naked Cass the damage diff is around 8% decreasing, almost 100 damage at level 9)? - get AD quints (I don't know if they'd be enough, didn't test, and I like putting MR quints since Talon is a melee mid)? I guess I'd suck it up and run a mix of 1-2 AD quints and rushing LW, but if there are better alternatives that I didn't think about I'll take them.

While his passive is arguably worse in some respects, it lets you assassinate and 1v1 extremely well. Having to take 1 point in W for the sustain kinda sucks, but overall it's not too bad. W gives less attack speed than before, but it can be a net buff with the proper build because of the following. While the cd reduction has been moved to Q and basically has a cap at 3 seconds reduced total, all his skills received cd buffs as you level them up. With 40% cdr, you have 3 second cd on Q, which is almost 100% uptime, 8 (5 seconds with Q) second cd on W, and 6 (3 seconds with Q) second cd on E. Overall, huge buff to cooldowns. E got buffed across the board with lower cd, lower mana cost, higher AP ratio (lul), more base damage, and slightly stronger slow in terms of duration and intensity. His ult is much stronger; has 1.0 AD ratio, gives more armor/mr at higher levels of the ult, and most importantly has a sick knockback effect that basically isolates your target. Xin Zhao got majorly buffed. I don't want to say OP, but I bet he's gonna get nerfed from his current PBE state.

I feel like when I play this game in a good mood, I try things that seem fun and then after a few losses where I maybe could have carried if I just had my gameface on all game I just get this really focused anger at losing and go super tryhard mode and just try to win every game. Completely unrelated; I'm thinking about starting Ranked this weekend, but not sure if it's a good idea. I've got just over 800 normals under my belt already.

E is positioning. Yes, it does damage and can give you a passive stack, but that's very trivial in the long run. You're going to use it to run, chase a dying foe, or sidestep a skillshot or something. Q is damage (including Sheen proc), CDR for all your abilities, kiting with Red/Phage, poke before fights, and farming, on top of also giving you the passive stack like E does. I'd rather level Q over E. My point was, if, in those situations, leveling E wouldn't have saved you, why not get much more out of leveling Q?

The LEGO Cuusoo page already has an official LEGO response, and if the page gets 10,000 supporters, the idea gets sent to us here at LEGO (I'm going to assume the Sales and Brand department? but I'm not sure) and it gets reviewed. It would be awesome if everyone here could support such an idea (if you actually like it) and spread the word. Edit: Also, upvote the reddit thread and my post within it. I want exposure for this idea! Would be cool if this went through while I'm still working here.

And use the mute function liberally, I know personally that I have underestimated how much someone bitching distracts me from my gameplay. Now that I have started muting people immediately when they start acting like an asshole I feel so much more focused and relaxed, no impulse to argue or get tilted. If you're typing, you aren't last hitting.

State facts about the current situation, especially about your enemies: "(enemy) has (item)", "(jungler) might gank (lane) soon", "they are going to invade blue now" and so on. Don't tell your allies what to do, give them hints so they can figure out what to do by themselves. As soon as you identified someone who willingly listens to your advice, you can address him directly, but avoid doing that before you figured out his personality. NEVER EVER talk like "don't do this" after they did "this". It's obvious as broad daylight that such talk will only trigger their defensive behavior. Which is never going to help you.
