Even if you master catching axes you still have to master the extra positioning concerns that come with catching axes, unlike other ranged ADs, and as a result he can be shut down in ways other Ranged ADs can't. When you complain about him being the "same" as MF I really just get the feeling that it's not because they're actually the "same" but because you're looking for a different kind of "newness" than what Draven provides. And you know what? That's fine, as long as you DO realize that your tastes aside Draven is a pretty hugely new kind of champ from Riot. | ||

Still struggling to figure out how some people say this favours Akali, if she wants to be aggressive she has to eat my full combo before she can get hers off, and once you hit 6 unless there is jungle interference it is impossible for her to 1v1 you. DFG on Mord so good :D . | ||

Each team runs around in the jungle to find a better position for teamfight. I blindly launch my Q and find Fiddle somewhere between them, I follow with jump. E and Ult-kick him right into my team, then W-jump back to my team. And its 4v5 now, with their main AP dead. That was awesome, and I never felt that great even when I did some epic quadras with other champs. Not every champ can be lee sin. Darius and Draven are cool as hell. I haven't had so much fun with a champ as I've had with Darius since Jarman came out. | ||

Granted, it was more about atmosphere and stuff to go with it for that one. | ||

I haven't tried it, but since everyone thinks Blitz is anti-Draven, anyone else think he'd be a good laning partner for him on a coordinated team? Draven's E would open up a path for his grab (or any support's line skillshot.) Similarly, it could be used to help open a path for a jungler to come into a lane, if a bit obvious. | ||
