Orianna has not been "completely neutered". They made Lulu as a support, but gave Glitterlance a huge ratio on top of 80% slow. Xypherous champs are my favorite because they tend to be innovative, different, and fun. This doesn't inherently make them overpowered, it just means they take a bit of tweaking to balance out. | ||

He does feel extremely strong though despite almost usually losing in cs to his top lane match up, because his scaling is good with extremely cheap items (tank items). However, that being said, a highly farmed/fed malphite is only approximately a little better than a malphite that just did okay in his lane, he doesn't exponentially get stronger when fed (like an AD carry). | ||

E is pretty strong farm, also I disagree. A fed Malphite is incredibly powerful and he can wreck your entire team while being unkillable. Comparing him to ranged AD is a silly because his laning happens elsewhere - I think that he outscales like every bruiser for teamfights | ||

How can you compare support malph to nunu? For one, malph is a terribad support, maybe useful in a cheese kill lane (his late game utility without substantial farm is seriously questionable), for another, nunu has malph's attackspeed AND movespeed slow combined into one skill, he gives your AD carry a free pdancer, and his ult is 10x better for protecting an AD carry than malphite's entire kit. | ||

when LuLu first came out tried a bunch of Lulu Nunu bot(with lulu going dorans into IE build), it was strong as fuck in lane, but never got to see it late game because of the 4v5 phenomenon literally every time I tried it. tl;dr tether range and ICD huge buffs, hopefully q and w will come out a wash. | ||
