Edit: The e range increase was a really big thing that needed to be done, because if you ran into a sudden teamfight you had to be so close to a teammate to get it on them, will enjoy that. | ||

Summary of changes: - Reduction on post-animation CD of all spells to allow better chaining of consecutive casts - Q damage down, CD down - W AP ratio up - E increased cast and tether range - R goes on ~1 sec CD when the ball snaps back to you from being too far so you don't accidentally ult on top of yourself when you don't want to - Passive damage increased to make it more useful at lower stack counts | ||

I think I like the change. Riot buffed her a bit and did it in a way that retains her flavour. It might actually be that the buff is a bit too strong though since she suffered mostly from her spells' post-animation CDs and a slight inferiority in damage. Her damage was certainly a bit lacking compared to other AP carries before. For instance, Anivia plays a similar poking AP/CC role in teamfights and her damage was far higher. | ||

Buffing LeBlanc is just moronic. Never buff a toxic 100-0 champion like that. Just remove or redesign her and stop wasting everyone's time with anti-fun mechanics. Longer CDs won't balance globals being too strong, notably the three major offenders of TF, Shen, and Karthus.
Still don't think Nunu will a good pick until Consume can be used on players like a mini-feast. | ||
