So you're saying we need to nerf hexdrinker and wits end, and buff IE, right?
don't forget wriggle's, atma's, phage, mallet, and triforce! should probably nerf ghostblade too, still way too strong, which is why everyone totally buys it. I think they should all cost more and we should make BF swords cost 1450 now, rebuff BF Sword Damage to 50 and lower the combine costs on IE and BT. Should also probably make a PD and QSS combined item while we're at it, REALLY sucks for ranged ADs that they have to spend an item slot on clease.

Then again Morgana can split up the enemy team with her ult as soon as they try to go for the now oh so dominant ranged AD. Follow that up with some proper focus fire and Morgana looks pretty damn good again.
well, sorta, the problem is that black shield is the unique thing she brings to the table. If you're just looking for AoE disable with sizable damage output, there are a lot of other mages who can do that better for protecting your double ranged AD. Galio, Cass and hell, even Annie all come to mind, not even mentioning how much better Anivia is at it if your Anivia knows what she's doing.
No way Annie and Cass are better to defend the carry comps. Her damage output is high level mid game and with the amount of CC she has she is a good roamer, while still being very good in lane.

Naw you can't buff BT too, cause bruisers actually buy that one.
Feels like even a good morg ulti splits enemy teams more than it actually stuns them, unless you're popping it in the wake of someone else's "Press R to win" Black shield is still the reason to pick morg, in addition to her level 6+ roam being quite strong, and her combo hitting like a truck and scaling well (one of the few 3.0+ ap ratio combos if you proc the stun off R and follow with WQ) Her cooldowns are on the long side lategame, but landing a bind is a great way to turn a siege standoff into a dead body - can't forget the power her long-range initiation brings.

Well then fuck that guy. I started using Malph when I was looking for a top laner nobody played. I thought to myself, "wow, he's really good, he can totally dominate melee champs top. He's going to be my new top". A week later, top malphite just becomes completely standard.
Jayce is a champ that has been spotted some time ago in PBE files, we only had his sound files (which suggested a "future"-oriented techno-dude wielding a hammer from Piltover). Lore says he's an inventor from whom VIktor stole the blueprint for the hammer, he handed his ass to him and got back his prints then entered the League to protect Piltover and his inventions.
Sounds pretty dumb for Viktor of all champs to go and steal work from somebody else tho, especially with his lore.
Annie and Cass certainly don't split teams up. They have an AoE stun for 1-2 seconds. Morg has a sizeable slow that makes people run away from her, and then follows it up with a stun. If Morg ulted inbetween the enemies, the result usually is that the enemy team is split up into 3+ small groups, which allows you to focus fire with ease.
Sure, Anivia is better at controlling fights. But Anivia is simply way overpowered, only held back by her somewhat hard mechanics.

Ain't no way some Piltover bitch gave Viktor a whooping
From what I can tell, Jayce has abilities that can change him from ranged to melee (opposite of kayle) while giving him bonuses to work with. Sounds like an interesting idea, but going to be hard to balance since to be melee he needs to have at least a good amount of health.
According to reddit (and logic) his ult, which should be available at level 1 (as his passive interacts with it), is a Nidalee-type skills swap, going from melee (with defensive bonuses) to ranged (with AD bonus). And yeah, apparently wannabe Iron Man went to Viktor's "base", forced him to retreat and took back the plans for his hammer/energy staff thingy. Time to put some fanboyism at work.

Play the Volibear.
Its like Darius except nobody ever plays him. Huge lane bully, huge kill potential, pretty good scaling late game. Forces fights easily, has good initiate, does both Magic and physical damage so its impossible to outscale him defensively. He also snowballs like stupidly hard just like Darius, if Volibear gets a slight lead you just kill the guy over and over again.
Also, Volibear shits on Yorick like no other. Whats that? You spam ghouls? Fuck you they fear'd until they dissapear. Its pretty entertaining actually, just run at them and EQW.

Troll Warlord
What I thought too. Aren't a lot of his abilites passives if I remember well, tho? His melee kit seems some other kind of "in your face" stuff, the leap being ground-targeted with damage+slow, his back-handed hammer-slap deals %max HP magic damage and he's got an point blank AoE DoT skill (which passive regenerates his mana when he hits something, reminds me of Karthus).
His ranged kit has an AS steroid (limited to # attacks, boost is massive), the "gate" he places that enhances some things that go through (translation from Chinese is awkward on that point), including MS buff to allied champs. It is speculated that his 3rd spell is the "thing" in question, a skillshot gaining in range, damage and projectile speed when it goes through a gate.
