But that makes the skin a lot less fitting just for the sake of making it platonic.
That´s what I think too actually but I wanted to give an balanced intro to the discussion (as far as that´s possible on such a political issue).
Really what got me to start it is ths quote: "I'm in the difficult place of really liking bunny girl skin even though it's super obviously problematic... I think bunny girl outfits are cute, but of course I also agree that it's super sexist and creepy. What bothers me the most is Riven's swivel spine in that picture. Gotta show tits and rear end at all times!!! Gotta break her spine because ~*~sexy~*~!!! Like a regular human body in that costume isn't enough, she's gotta be broken to hit maximum levels of sexy. "
There are a few practical concerns simply based on LoL being a MOBA: the top-down perspective is propably the worst possible angle for expressing a character. Everything HAS to be extragated (and resultingly also oversexualised) in order to communicate in the game. Yeah Ahri breaks her back but you don´t get her posture to show "seductive/flirty" - which is important since she is based on a mythical creature that seduces men (and eats their livers). Charm was initially called seduce.
I don´t think "woman that uses her charm" is fundamentally sexism, a huge part is context and intent. How much are Ms. Fortune and Caitlyn "the Bounty hunter" and "the Cop/sniper" and how much are they "sexy girls with Guns"?

The male roles are just as stereotyped, why aren't we complaining about that "issue."
Really now. Women stereotypes in question typically have a negative connotation, the Men stereotypes are generally a lot more positive. Lee Sin is the archetype of the monk-like Master character, but he's still awesome.
EDIT: I still don't think it's an issue, like at all. But the hypocrisy argument (even when it's not a straw) is just so irritating.

You don't have to have two opposing sides for a discussion. It's possible for everyone to agree on something without being biased. Good points about the character models and neccesary exagerration though.

MF Femme fatale Caitlyn sexy CSI style detective suddenly not as bad now :O

Questions of sexualization aside, that bunny skin, both its in-game model and splash art, just looks bad.

I feel so at home when playing Gragas...:p

What's hilarious is Riven's carrot grows. There is nothing right about that statement.

This is something I feel strongly about.
Personally, I sure as hell don't mind Riot designing their female champs to look sexy with skimpy outfits. But the huge problem, e.g. if we talk about the splash art, is that many of the female champs are SO BADLY DRAWN as to not even look human. Offences include waists almost thinner than heads (wtf!!), other weird body proportions like overly long neck, overly thin or long arms and legs, weird body postures, boobs looking like two perfect hemispheres being glued onto the chest, lifeless facial expressions, faces that look totally different from skin to skin, or in general just very badly drawn art.
Sigh, and don't even get me started on the models.

The entire art style of the game is stylized caricatures....

Dyrus with frozen heart AND randuins befofre enemy graves finishes PD? Sounds good to me. (edit unless he tanks both AP's aoe combos XDDD)

Why did dyrus go phoenix since he was top?
|
I don't think he went pheonix, he used it to farm waves later though.

It seems that the new TSM coach is working. Even though they didn't do so well early game there is no more of that rage/blame each other thing going on. They actually came back by remaining calm and figuring out what they did wrong :D
|
No one is complaining about how sexy poppy or lulu is. You guys are disgusting pigs. Midgets deserve some love as well! :D
|
I wonder how that coach does it.

They don't know what focus is, and when they do they focus the wrong stuff, like a fleeing taric for example.

How do you guys avoid pushing top lane without losing CS?
I got bitched at all game yesterday for pushing top lane to their tower vs a Vlad, but my spells do AOE damage, so I'm not sure how to really avoid pushing it without losing CS/harassing him. It seems like my lane is almost always pushed to their tower unless they're spamming abilities... Halp?

maybe try last hitting instead of spamming your abilities

depending on your champion, it might not necessarily be a bad thing to push top, if you have everything correctly warded.
