If every top player does something one way, probably a good indication that you should follow. Thats just my belief. appeal to authority... anyway, my point is that I don't think enough people re-examined their runepage setups after the mastery and jungle changes and that the reason the 10 ArPen was there to begin with was to penetrate jungle camps and speed up jungle timings, not to hit champions.

There is a very good possibility of people not reevaluating their runepages. That being said, Imma keep going with it because it helps against creeps and it doesnt hurt when you are against champions. I just find it kind of hard to think that an extra little bit of as is going to give you another auto in a gank situation, wheras armor pen will make the hits you get hit just a bit harder. Plus it does give you full pen against everything but buffs and big wrath.

I believe he's very good to take squishy carries with his ult and he's pretty strong as a jungler. What are his weaknesses ?

He needs a decent base of items to be able to do anything. I personally feel he needs a smaller base of items than a lot of people in this forum do, but he does need something. Dan Dinh has been working with something close to what I have been advocating for a while: Zerkers rush into Phage, Zeal, then a Zekes before finishing Triforce. I had been working wriggles->triforce, but I did try skipping wriggles and it worked pretty well. In this case though I still would like a HoG just for a bit of extra tank.

What are his weaknesses ? extremely susceptible to being kited, relatively easy to burst down if you build for damage, very very hard time closing a gap he's definitely a viable champ, i just don't know if any pro teams want to take the risks associated with running him in a comp during an important game

If you want armor pen, get armor pen, but going strictly for a particular amount just so that you don't "waste" any on mobs with less armor than that just doesn't make any sense because you're still wasting it if they don't result in you killing the mobs in less attacks. Armor pen/AD provides discrete benefits for jungling, where X amount of extra armor pen/AD doesn't do squat but X + 1 will. In contrast, attack speed provides benefits in a continuous because more attack speed will always result in faster clearing even if it's only 1% more.

In a lot of team compositions you aren't going to get blue unless the enemy lets you camp theirs, which makes that distinction more important than a parenthetical statement implies. That said, Mundo and Olaf aren't particularly similar, so the comparison seems odd.
