New one is a buff, only if you don't build more resistances than normal. My numbers aren't exact, but they are close enough(less than 10 damage difference either way in most cases) But with atmas+wriggles, physical sources are very close to never being better, and if you add in a randuins, without a LW(which is almost always 4/5 people on the other team), it's going to be a nerf in almost all cases. Buff against the vast majority of AP's though. | ||

Damage steroids like yi. Highlander as a non-ult skill. Alpha strike 2.0/juggernaut ult. A gap closer that can be cast two times. Passive is arguably better than meditate for lane sustain. RIP yi. | ||
