He's like 2150 elo and hasn't even been top pick in all the games so that sort of analysis makes no sense, especially as EHOME TS has been carrying the enemies like 50 games in a row and aren't EHOMEs notorious for something that's not carrying? Either way it's been hilarious watching his stream and seeing his team fail, but it's already showed me how different he's from TOO. When a laner in TOO's team dies, say solo top feeds a bit TOO is going to try to help them somehow, with countergank or counterjungling in that area to protect them from gank etc. whereas SV tends to just ignore them and concentrate more on farming / guaranteed ganks. The contrast's actually quite clear

They kind of follow different methodologies Saint and OddOne. TOO tries to enable his team to gain advantages, and Saint just tries to carry hard every game. Which one is better depends on team comp really, as far as I am concerned, and infact I'd argue that neither is necessarily right or wrong.

Also funny thing is that Saint's botlane has lost every single game out of the past ~4 that I watched and in every single one of those the enemy botlaner has carried really hard

In ranked, is the blue team summoner 1 higher elo than the purple team summoner 1 or is it random?

There might be a tendency for one side since the matchmaking gives a slight advantage to blue or purple (don't remember which), which is compensated by a slight difference in average elo. However, assume teams of 2000, 1750, 1500, 1250, 1000 and 1620, 1570, 1520, 1470, 1420 elo respectively. Then the first team has an average (assuming it's just a simple average over all values, it might be much more complex) of 1500 and the higher elo first pick, while the second team has an average of 1520 and the lower elo first pick. So unless we acquire additional information about the variance of elo in teams, this question can't really be answered.

Shyvana is relatively hard to straight up outpick in terms of dueling power, so it depends a lot on the mid laners.

He leaves my lane I call ss, mid dies, he goes bottom they feed him two kills. In end he was no match since my farm was better and I got better items but don't you find that annoying? ( This is not a QQ btw just a geniune question if it happens to other people a lot.) Just happened to me VS a Wukong too XD Destroyed him in lane, he got fed on the rest of the map. I took two towers completly unchecked but my team never put up a single ward.
