You simply just farm both teams jungle and then proceed to dive into 5 people and win the game. So much fun. Oh god this, slowly trying to climb back up to 1500 from 1400~ lose 3 in a row as support because my team goes full derp, next game first pick Jungle shyv it's 2-8 in 15 minutes, proceed to just walk into any lane I please and always get a kill, as soon as you have Boots+Wriggles+Recurve your just a monster around the map.

You occasionally get threads that makes everything else worth it, although those threads get linked to reddit anyway. 4. Reading the reaction when people make plays on tournament matches/streamers doing stupid stuff like Hotshot building a couch. the first is never true. bads just dont know how to adapt so you get "OMG OP QQQQQQ" threads all the time. Volibear, Fizz, ect. In fact, the forum crying something is UP is generally a better indicator of something being op- irelia, yorick, lee sin, shyvana, ryze, ect.

I played dawn of war and that game had great forums for a few reasons. 1. It was not that popular online ( never more than a few thousand players on at the same time) so the number of idiots posting was limited. 2. They had a strict moderating policy. 3. There was a core dozen or so good players who posted regularly and were willing to politely shut down idiots. No other official forum I've ever been too has been bearable. TL is great because people generally understand when to stfu, generally people who are bad (like me) know not to argue with smash about top lane, and there are enough quality posters to make the content great.

Arenajunkies (wow pvp forum, if you're not familiar with it) was pretty damn awesome back in the days, then it got to popular and it went to shit because of too many retards joining ![]()

I believe that eventually Ensemble Studios made Heavengames the official forums for some of their games. At least Age of Empires I. But yeah, most official game forums are appalling.

Too many people white-knighted for their own class and would go troll or flame in the other class forums, but the moderation for such a thing was pretty lax. The partnership with Curse is about the time the site went really downhill -- high load times, difficult navigating site, issues with trying to merge the users, etc. Well people joining was also an issue imo, but the posting limit being 2.2k (not sure about this number) when the rating system got changed was quite bad. 2.2k used to mean something back in TBC, when top rating was 2400~. Then they change from the Elo system to some other system, and all of a sudden rating is inflated to 3k+ for the top teams. Anyways, the forums were great the first few seasons. Nice source for information about the game, nice community (considering it's on the internet and all). PS: fuck levidian...

![]() But obviously such games aren't as popular as something like SC, which has millions of followers as opposed to only a few million that are split between multiple domains, servers, etc. (each having their own forums)

He probably started with AP sion in mid, then after his shield had a hard time taking down minions in lane, switched to atma's because it grants him a lot of damage since his attack damage steroid provides bonus life. Wit's end provides some well rounded magic resist and attack speed for when his ult is down, and he gets some additional magic damage for no reason. Merc treads provides MR, and some tenacity (really useful stat). GA just makes it hard to kill him. I guess the main advantage AP sion has is more burst and a stronger shield. The main advantage AD sion is that as long as he's attacking and not at the very front, it's very hard to fight through his lifesteal. His damage also doesn't drop when his shield breaks. Personally I favor specialization but sion isn't the worst champion to go hybrid on.
