If you can outpoke him (Xerath, Ez) just poke since he can't retaliate without getting close. If you can outtrade him (Garen, Swain) it's ezpz, just stop him from farming. He shouldn't have mana issues unless he has to Decoy away from your retaliation. | ||

The Z is Ziggs, the x's are there the bomb hits the ground Z--x--x--x--(Explosion no matter what) In practice most uses will hit it on the first X like a "normal" ranged aoe. But great Ziggs will get to abuse the range potentional. | ||
