Basically, he's just a champ that really punishes bad plays, and that makes him a pubstomper, and a good but not great jungler aside in my eyes. Shaco has the most options in the game as a jungle. His deceive makes him the strongest gank in the game, and boxes+deceive make him an outstanding counterjungle threat. You cant extend in lane against shaco. You just cant. Both teams know this, so they play around that advantage and use that to control the map. Basically, at low elo shaco is a pubstomper, at high elo he is a tactical force. Twitch has stronger ganks, deceive can be seen, twitch can come from literally everywhere. Unless you're mid and opening boots pink ward, which already puts you behind in lane compared to the other laner. Effective gank while sitting at the fucking fountain. Shaco is also one of the best splitpushers in the game. I'd agree. Twitch is way scarier for me, he's absurd to get away from and can carry way harder later into the game if your team is too derp to spread out. Twitch is scarier and can carry harder, but his jungle speed is so goddam slow and extremely easy to disrupt. If Shaco needs his first few ganks to succeed to not fall behind, Twitch needs that times a hundred.

No need to say, we lost the game.

I played Janna in the first LoL game I ever played. I was annoyed that I could never kill anything and I felt useless in fights.
I played Jax for a while because I read somewhere that he was the "fastest champion in the game" (which I now disagree with) and I wanted to have a fast moving champion.
Then I picked Udyr and won 10 straight games with him. One of which involved a disconnect at the start of the game and the player NEVER came back, making it a 4v5 from start to finish.
Now I main Udyr as a jungler but I also sometimes do Skarner and Lee Sin. I love jungling a lot, because I feel like I have a lot more control over the flow of the game and can make a lot of calls about when to take objectives and the like.

First ever game - I had the privilege to play Jax on TT. Total stomp for a first game.
Then I played Annie on SR and was like wtf. Intelligence heroes suck so baad late game here(just like in dota). Keep in mind im pretty sure I built everything wrong on her and had no Magicpen.
But the champs that I mained were Panth/Kass/Trynd/Shaco/Ashe. Good ol' days.

First LoL game was Vlad. I had no idea wtf I was doing but I went like 8-2 anyways.
First champ I ever bought was Kassadin around like lvl 8-ish cause I thought he looked cool and I liked AM in DotA and I thought Kassadin would be similar. He was fun. Lots of cries of OP

spell casters (i guess you could call them int heros) scale a lot better in this than dota, they can carry pretty easily if they focus the right people and have a good team to support them.

My first champ was ashe and always will be. Playing her so much has made me much better and smarter in this game than almost anyone else at my ELO. It's only a matter of time before I am the #1 player in the world tbh. It's because I was simply raised better and have better genes than the vast majority of people. I am 6'2" and very handsome, play guitar extremely well and I enjoy walks late at night and cooking for two. If this package and more sounds good to you, hit me up on my myspace or google talk account. No fat chicks please.

The lazer is desceptively bursty. I've been hit with it before in late game, and had a third of my health taken away...

Well, you can't really base his effectiveness off that. If there was a guaranteed Rammus or Talon in every game, there'd be no AD carry meta because, well, Rammus. Same goes for Galio and AP assassins, though that's kinda true in any case.
If the enemy team is squishy, with no real "tank" or front-line defensive bruiser, Twitch can mutilate things, as can Shaco. However, here's my difference: 1v1, Shaco is insane. Teamfights, not so much. 1v1, Twitch can win or escape pretty much 100% of the time. Teamfights, Twitch will function like a carry and his ult will rape you if you clump up. He can be shut down a bit harder, but he doesn't have a sudden drop off in effectiveness late game.

However I still think his other skills would require a range increase

Yesterday when I played with the elo police, Ehomda chunked all 5 of the enemies trying to Baron with one laser. 1.1K on each of them. Ulti killed their support and AP right after. 1 man anti-baron
Nawt bad~

Yeah, that's pretty strange imo. There's little different between Volley and Buckshot but Buckshot is infinitely more satisifying for some reason...
Buckshot has variable damage, and you almost always want to be much closer to the enemy when you do it.
The risk of being close and the reward of hitting them in the face with all 3 balls of buckshot makes it so much more satisfying than hitting volley at any range.
Actually volleying at close range feels shittier because you're probably about to die.

Well that was my first thought when I saw Viktor's kit, like..max E, has insane poke range, buy the augment for it and you can even push lane, then the few people I saw playing maxed Q and tried to play the trade wars and usually ended up playing really underwhelming Viktor, but since they're all 8 times better players I was like..well yea ok they probably know better and maybe he is just bad.

I almost always get the mana regen one. The extra range on his stun is so crucial for teamfights.

E can clear ranged minions with very minimal AP at max rank so it makes his farming a lot closer to most other good aps

If you don't get Gravity augment you'll probably need some mana regen item anyway. I tried maxing Q first also, but it's so underwhelming (as you can't shield before trades are over) that I started maxing E, and it's so much better to manage your mana, prevent hard pushes and stuff.
Also, fuck this troll saying he'll jungle Soraka when our first pick was GP jungle and last pick didn't say anything before that. I only have time for one or two games before I go, I don't need the dodge timer because of idiots like this. You'd almost want not to dodge just so you can report these trolls post-game. :/

So i think i might start jungling, i'm starting on a smurf and a lot of the time the other team has no jungler. I know i should take advantage of this when i am sure they haven't warded their jungle but how? Which camps give the most gold/xp per time invested? I am probably going to play a lot of phoenix udyr and other standard jungle picks with low IP costs for the forseeable future.
