Want to rage about your latest loss? Use the QQ thread. If you whine in GD, you'll get warned. ===== + Show Spoiler + If your [Stream] thread was moved to the general TL Stream subforum (aka SC stream land), find your thread and PM it to me and I'll move it back to LoL territory. I can argue with staff that moving a non-SC thread into a SC subforum is just asking for that thread to get buried. - Neo, Dec. 15 2011, 6:33 KST I have admin approval. I'll be moving LoL streams back to the subforum. Stream name will be based on Summoner name. - Neo 7:07 KST

.___. How does the "Ah" of "Ahri" somehow get pronounced as "Are".

You look at what CDE did in Korea and it was just let saint and regi tag team the enemies early, then coast to victory by giving dyrus and chauster champs they couldnt fuck up. Jiji and saint have no where near the same coordination that saint and ragi have. saint mentioned today that jiji plays too passive to do early game shenanigans and said that's why he and Regi did so well. Which is why Chauster should've stayed AP mid cause he plays aggressive in lane.

not quite, but in all honesty its not even remotely a deal at all. It's retarded to persecute someone for not pronouncing something in a different language completely correctly.

He is saying are-ee, not ah-ree. On December 15 2011 10:02 barbsq wrote: not quite, but in all honesty its not even remotely a deal at all. Phreak is of the opinion that whatever name he says on video becomes the de facto correct way to pronounce the champ. It's hardly "persecuting" with his track record of troll-level spotlights and not bothering to find out the right way to say names before going on video.

We have known since these spotlights have started that they're typically not what the top 5-10% consider the 'best possible way' to play, but seriously, why do you care? The point of the spotlights is to give you an idea of where to start with a champion and to show you how his/her abilities work, so who gives a shit whether or not phreak's builds and pronunciations are perfect?
