Here's the thing. I can be a SHIT teammate at times in solo q. I will give people a "WTF ARE YOU DOING," call people retarded, explain in not exactly kind terms why someone's build is terrible, and if we are going to lose, I have absolutely no problem calling someone out on our team for being a failure.

Is this because I'm doing things that are acceptable? Probably not. But the more likely explanation is you have to be a REAL asshole to get banned. Like I dont insult people for no reason, nor do I throw insults and sarcasm around every game I play. Probably most importantly, I dont single people out and harass them constantly all game long.
So I have no sympathy for people who actually do get banned. If I can do things that Im not proud of and not get in trouble, I'm certain those who DO get in trouble are deservedly punished.

As for vicktors item, Im sure that late game everyone is going to wish they could sell that piece of junk and get a decent item.

This night there was a server maintenance in Europe, where the new skins and Viktor was being prepared for release. Since the servers got up my lol client has been crashing upon starting a game. When the crash occurred it looked very similar to a graphiccard crash or something like that, so I assumed an update of my gfx driver would fix it. Turns out it didn't.
So I reinstalled lol and ran as admin to see if that fixed the crashing, it didn't.
Has anyone else had problems since tonights maintenance? And would anyone have an idea of a possible fix?

Geezus enough about ur ban. You acted like a douche u got banned. Riot has said time and again you get banned only for multiple offenses, not just one. Everyone on this forum has raged at someone at least once and the majority of us have never been banned. Maybe you're just too harsh when raging and u need to tone it down a bit.

I just read a red post that said you can curse, but there's a line, and aparently another red post said saying GG noobs is that line. So you can ask some one wtf are you doing building a deathcap on jarman, that's fine, but if you force a 20 minute surrender going 20-0, and say GG noobs, you may get banned.
I've been banned, problebly deserved the first one, as with 1000 games played even if you're an asshole 1% of the time thats 10 5 man reports. If they wipe the slate clean after the ban then the second one I couldn't understand. If they didn't I problely had some pending reports that weren't wiped. It is what it is, and you just gotta suck it up and serve the punishment. If you don't change your ways then your bans will just get longer and longer.

Always post issues with tech client w/e in tech support. Moonbear is usually pretty good about checking it on a regular basis.

With regards to the new dude.
I was thinking maybe they change the augmented item to its own slot, or maybe he's supposed to be the new support we were getting. In which case he could live with only 5 items at 60 minutes.

Kindlegem, reduced by the effective cost of the health benefit also received on the item. In the mathcraft thread linked earlier, others reduced it only by the straight cost of it's ruby crystal component, but I disagree with that (just my opinion).
It's not a consistent itemization cost, though. If you do the math for stinger, reduced by AS, the cdr would be worth pennies.
I'd avoid comparing any stat costs to boots, personally, I think of them as their own tier of item.

Well some stuff like sorcs-rylai-dc-FH/zhonya-banshee-lichbane isn't exactly free, so... I'd whine more about having one less space when I'm buying basic parts and I want wards too.  That said, I quoted lichbane because a 3s cd short-range spell giving you some shield? Rylai-lichbane-Power Augment sound like he'd be hilariously good/durable as a kiting duelist.

As a fan of sustained deeps mages (cass, swain), I'm not sure how I like Viktor. He does definitely seem interesting and unique, I'm just getting an odd vibe off of him.
His aoe slow/stun seems retarded op. Doesn't seem like there's ever a chance to get out of it in time to avoid stun unless he misses HORRIBLY. It seems as if Brand's W slowed you so you always took the pillar.
His laser looks pretty cool, what with the draw line target style. Will separate the good viktor players from the bad ones.
I don't really like the augment thing. Sure, it's a cool idea, but it's eating an item slot. Even with comparable stats, it just seems like it's going to get in the way a lot.

This is not exactly true since it can be weeks before you actually get banned, you may have had like 3 bad days with shitty behaviour, 2weeks later, full of good behaviour you get banned.
Why did you get banned when you been good for 2 weeks.
Riot should just explain in the email why you got banned, or send some of the tribunal cases that were relevant. Would also get rid of a lot of the WHY U BAN ME RIOT forum posts.

meh, I disagree pretty heavily with trying to place a gold value on CDR, Spell Vamp, or Movespeed tbh.

How can you say this when we have no idea how big the AoE is? The Brand comparison is pretty stupid also, seeing as a delay that's on the order of 0.5-0.75 seconds is hardly comparable to a 1.5 second delay.
Also consider that it's a CC spell that does no damage. It has to be somewhat strong CC-wise to make up for it, and compared to other damage-less CC spells, this isn't exactly out of line (it's arguably weaker than Veigar's E for example--a reliable 2.5 second stun is probably better than a 1.5 second slow + an unreliable 1.5 second stun).
