No matter what, though, I think it might be a day 1 buy for me. Just too cool.

Want to rage about your latest loss? Use the QQ thread. If you whine in GD, you'll get warned. ===== + Show Spoiler + If your [Stream] thread was moved to the general TL Stream subforum (aka SC stream land), find your thread and PM it to me and I'll move it back to LoL territory. I can argue with staff that moving a non-SC thread into a SC subforum is just asking for that thread to get buried. - Neo, Dec. 15 2011, 6:33 KST I have admin approval. I'll be moving LoL streams back to the subforum. Stream name will be based on Summoner name. - Neo 7:07 KST

A rioter is allowed to ban you cause he had a bad day and felt like punishing someone. I've never once stated that they can't do whatever the fuck they want to do. What started this was that I called Riots tribunal and banning staff a joke. Which is something I still hold firm to. people don't want your criticism, deal with it if you know what you did wrong and you don't want to be banned anymore then stop doing it it's annoying as fuck when someone who thinks he's god at the game and believes he is clearly better than anyone else playing thinks he deserves to tell other people what they're doing wrong. contrary to popular belief, many players are actually aware of when they fucked up and they don't need you to rub it in their face.

Also, low-CD protective single-target spell? Rylai please. Kiting Viktor with Rylai and Power Augment might be reminiscent of Vlad.

You seem to have missed the point entierly. I don't blame you for it but there isn't really anything I can respond to here, since it's not relevant.

Probably not Swain or Ryze-level, as he has less damage spells and more burst in his ult, but I find him quite similar to them. Probably more suited to solotop than mid too, since the spotlight (I mean, not official SL, but that thing shown to IGN is obviously spotlight footage) showed that the shield return from his Q isn't instant, I can't see it being too useful to trade against other ranged champs. Not in lane harass at least, 600 range's pretty short too compared to most mid so he'd be hit before he's got his shield. Also, low-CD protective single-target spell? Rylai please. Kiting Viktor with Rylai and Power Augment might be reminiscent of Vlad. Ooh, Rylai tanky-dps Viktor in top lane? Anyone without a dash gettin stunned. Rylai to slow, drop AoE, shoot lasers and laugh.

What makes LoL unique. And no I'm not taking his word untill i see every single of those replays, and yes I will do that. Bad work habit, but I know how to spot what needs to be spotted and then I will make up my mind about it. HOWEVER there should never ever be a need for anyone to feel like that, they should be told exactly what they got banned for. I dunno the Summoner's Code basically is Riot saying "DON'T BE A DOUCHE OK" and if your main problem is that Riot doesn't tell you exactly how to not be a douche then you should probably work on your social skills.

First thing I tought about when I read his skills — but when I read here some weeks ago about the unescapable 1v1 Rylai-Vlad I was so flabbergasted that it stuck in my mind. ![]() Depending on the responsiveness of his ult repositioning mechanic and the radius of his AoE it might be downright broken tho, the numbers are absurd if you manage to keep somebody in for the full duration so with an AoE permaslow added... I was a bit disappointed by his stun and ult animations but eh, you can't get everything packed in one. ![]() On December 23 2011 01:35 Unentschieden wrote: Pendragon actually has a thread up right now where he promises to review Tribunal cases: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?p=18777530#18777530 I´m shure "trolololololololol" will be a strong argument, good luck. He said he'd stop there after a few pages tho. Understandable, thread's got popular and the checking must take a little time each iteration.

It's a joke from a professional standpoint. yea this still doesn't explain why you believe you're allowed to be a jerk in game and not get banned just because the summoner's code is "vague"? or are you going to try to say that's not what you're saying at all From the experiment I concluded: Player one following the code to a tee: Says A Player two Breaks the code and tells that player to go fuck himself. Player one gets banned, player two gets to plan on. Why does player one get reported. Simply because people asume you're an asshole and only say stuff to be mean. From a personal standpoint I have a much dimmer view. I hate that companies makes their players walk on eggshells around each other as if they can't take someone being ass, there is an ignore function. Use it. If people were allowed to be as much an absolute dick in chat as they wanted sure the ignore lists would be massive, but those that had valid things to say could communicate with eachother freely. Social Engineering. However that would not work from a professional stand point cause moms and nutballs who fear words like Fuck or cunt would run rampart. The best way to get people to behave isn't to remove them, it's to remove their voice.

I've never in my life played a game/been on a forum that had rules against insults where it wasn't vague. You simply CAN'T be specific about such things. edit: Also, the ignore function is more of a band-aid and temporary fix for the person who has to deal with people talking trash. The point of bans is to punish someone and try to teach them a lesson for what they did wrong. Obviously, it doesn't always work. But the point of bans has always been to punish someone to try to either teach them a lesson or to remove them permanently from the game if they don't learn their behavior isn't acceptable. Riot's only real problem is they don't tell the accused what they did wrong. They're missing the full point of a ban system. zzz
