The difference in my comparison of IdrA is that everyone is basically well mannered in SC2 and treats gg as something to be held on a pedestal. So IdrA is on one end of the spectrum while most of the pro community is on the other...he is the bad boy. In LoL everyone rages from time to time but some people are pissed off ragers, while other people who stream rage and make it entertaining for the viewers. The Odd One rages from time to time about how useless people are or makes fun of a certain build someone is doing, but he also brings entertainment (Lets do dis, EMPIRE, The team is learnin!).

I think TRM gets viewers because
1. He is on TSM and they just won a major tournament.
2. People like that he is known to play a weird champion top lane (teemo).
3. He is skilled top lane.
4. He rages at his team and makes fun of people (which can be funny).
5. He provides insight on why he does certain things.

I don't think rage automatically = more viewers, but having a personality, being unique, being funny and being skilled/on a top team makes it more likely that people will tune in.

Edit: I also don't understand why it seems like you are on a crusade against TRM, just shut off his stream and watch someone else. Don't say "TRM has 10k viewers he doesn't deserve", just watch your favorite streamer.
