However it's definitely not a good reason for the one particular game you're about to play. The general idea is 1 targeted or relatively easy to land ranged CC combined with lots of damage and potentially more CC. A not so much all-in approach also requires at least 1 character with a ranged autoattack so you can still farm even if you don't straight up win the lane. Double melee lanes typically dominate really hard once they get ahead, but if they don't get there, they lose lots of farm. There are plenty of good combinations; look at all the champs each of you can play and consider their stats/abilities unbiased. Some champs are played vastly different if you put them in a duo lane. Ignore how a champ plays in a solo lane when you want to decide if he's fit for a duo lane. Don't take CV in such a lane. Ideally you have all 3 of Exhaust/Ignite/Heal. Annie Maokai would probably do fairly well. The scenario I keep runing into is that it's just such an all in. If you fuck them up yea, you can win, but if you don't manage to dominate that bot you're going to be extremly far behind. Maokai in general seems like a really strong choice for the "nonstandard support". His base damage on Sapling is insane and his root has quite the long range. His lategame should still be decent (though barely visible) if he stays in the back line, drops his ult and keeps the enemy anti-carries locked down. His mana costs are limiting him the most, but with the new masteries he should be a bit better off than before.
I don't see how you would be far behind, given that Annie can farm just fine with 625 autoattack range and 625 range on Q. Most AD + support lanes can't engage on such a combo, so worst case you should go even in farm. And someone like Maokai definitely isn't useless without farm.

Yea that's the problem I'm running into I can't make up a lane without a support which I assumed was what the guy wanted. In this scenario Maokai is going to be the support hands down. But that doesn't really change up the game. It just means you're sticking your AD carry mid and your AP bot. I'm guessing what he wants is a lane where both parties can take cs, and I just don't see that happening.

Locicero said he doesn't think he gets the viewers a 2500 rated player would normally get. But also the game is boring for him right now so he's playing some Dota2. I can understand, watching his games and watching how bad he rapes his lane and jumps top/bot when he can and his lanes still feed. It just isn't possible for a mid or jungler to win all 3 lanes if people want to feed.

I wish loci would stream DotA2 then! Fine by me!

I average like .7 viewers and I still stream.

He plays consistently stupid builds and heroes now aswell. But he at least enjoys the game and acts like he enjoys the game. Something I havn't seen any of the American streamers do for like a year now. It just feels like it's a job for them that has to be done to generate the revenue to live one, and that is probably true aswell. And I am in no way shape or form holding that against them. You should watch Saint, Dan Dinh or Salce more. Saint has fun and makes no bones about it, and Dan seems to enjoy himself quite a bit, and he does weird shit that tends to work out. And salce is just the best NA ap carry. Basically any good player normally streams with below 3k viewers. Is going to be free of your "oh this is just a business" phobia. SaintVicious is one of the worst offenders ha, maybe I've just caught him badly but it seems everytime I turn on his stream it seems he love spewing derogative shit over his teammates and opponents. That's not for me. Dan Dinh, was someone I used to watch alot but I can't do it anymore I don't know why. Every time I turn it on I find myself not watching. Why this is I don't know. Salce, I'll check it it never paid to much attention to it. And I have a stream running 24/7, and that isn't a joke. I have program set up so that if a stream goes down it alerts and sets to a new stream. It's what I can do to support the players and I never see a reason not have a stream running even if I'm not watching. But it also means I've been watching a shit ton of streaming in my day and there are certain people that used to have just a ton of energy and drive that seems to have vanished. My favourite streamer being TheOddOne, before i could look past the fact that he complains aaaaaaall the time, because he was being genuinly funny and had a great energy. Now it just feels like the complaining is there. A sort of "Why do I even do this shit". and it goes a for a gaggle of streamers, no matter how many k's they have. i love to watch LoL stream but i feel the same way about saintVicious or Hotshot of course there are good players and they have a lot of skill but honestly sometimes it just makes me sick listeting to them i mean i personally also love to trashtalk but if i have to listen to Hotshot say "faggot" ten times in 2 minutes or something like "this guy plays like he has autism" just makes me question his intelligence why do they always have to act like the biggest douchebags on stream? Probably because they are, there are plenty fo likeable streamers out there that doesn't act like doucebags. Infact most people arn't doucebags on their streams. Some of them are completly unwatchable like Reginald that can't stop saying bro. Seriously if someone offered him a billion dollars to not say bro for 1 day he would fuck it up in 10 seconds flat. But he isn't a douchebag. And i suspect alot of Hotshots douchebagery is an act, he has buildt up an persona around being an asshole and that is bringing in the viewers. I've met plenty of people that met Hotshot irl and they all said he is a pretty decent guy.
You can be a nice guy in person but a dick online in a game. It's just how some people are. Games can get people really ragey.
Saint doesn't rage really at all. I've watched him a LOT. I think it's more or less you need to be used to his attitude about shit. Like, he has a very dominant personality, which can conflict with others really easily if you're not used to that (my dad is the exact same way). I don't think he's ever really raged. He'd call a move his teammates did as stupid from time to time, but that's because what they did actually was stupid lol. He curses like a sailor though so obviously if you don't like that you'll be put off. I know my friend Vince would never be able to watch saint lol. He also likes to crack jokes, generally comparing one thing to another. "Letting TOO play shaco is like letting your dog shit on the rug" being a good example. His jokes aren't exactly nice but they're meant to only be jokes.

I am the same way when it comes to pointing out stupid plays. I do it all the time. I just feel he is like me (and I feel I'm doing it way to much) times 20. I don't mind people being dominant, but if you are going to talk smack you better admit when it's your own fault, or when you're wrong. And Saint never ever does.

These really high viewer counts mainly come from publicity via tournaments etc. Loci just didn't get a lot of publicity (yet). Even those games where he played for Dignitas (I might mix something up here, sorry if I do), I barely remember him being talked about at all.

Certain in-Game activity on your account has been found to be in violation of the Summoner’s Code by the Tribunal.
As such, your account will be temporarily suspended until 2011-12-07 08:43:02. i'm so good that i don't even have to play LoL to get my account banned

I dunno. I'm cool talking about free week champs in GD.
There are 3 this week that I have never tried and am looking forward too. Leblanc, Swain, Riven.
Tips?

I play a lot of LeBlanc and the trick with her is to just burst your enemy down. Its easy to dive with her because you can w in flash further qre and w out, but make sure when you dive, the guy doesn't have a root or stun to hit you with, cause you're problebly going to die when that happens. Additionally you don't have to wait for e to even hit when you w back it will continue to go from where you casted it.
Edit: Mimic can be pre-loaded on W or E on the pad, but you need a creep to pre-load Q. Mimic'd E is good for helping teammates escape death, and mimic'd q's can be used to silence two targets. QR two guys on each other and W ontop of both. Get a feel for the burst damage so you're not overkilling by too much.
Mimic'd W is the best way to escape. The only really Kassadin will be able to jump over more walls. Always use the clone, it can be used as a scout, and sometimes people will try to kill it, like a shaco clone. Bush Juking is really strong with the clone and w/r off cd. You can do some really funky jukes and get out of situations that anybody else would have died in.
