No? Her autos decrease cooldown on her Q and increase the duration of W's effect. Which sounds like it would make her pretty good at chasing since W grants movespeed for 3 seconds (auto attacking enough can turn it into 6 seconds).

She does seem fun to from what I'm reading so far.
Triforce seems to be a core item for her. Wit's End might be good with her q as well as her e for good armor and MR shredding. Rageblade too possibly.
Does anyone know if her human abilities proc while in dragon form? Like will she get the movement speed buff when using burnout as a dragon?

I think her human form looks good but her dragon form looks more like a bat.....

I wanna know what her scaling is first. She won't benefit from the mana of sheen and if she doesn't have much or very good AP scaling I could see myself skipping Triforce. I think Wit's End is pretty good on most melee champs so that might be viable.

Definitely gonna be tanky DPS from the sounds of it and yeah her dragon form looks dumb in game. I was hoping it'd be this super badass dragon not a lizard with wings.

For some reason I was expecting Shyvana to be a little girl that transforms into a dragon. Very certain this was because I played Fire Emblem Sacred Stones and Myrrh does the same thing.
http://fireemblem.wikia.com/wiki/Myrrh

I can see why people have a problem with Shyvana's art, but it seems ok. It's a dragon, doesn't need to Chogath sized to be one.

I sense a trend that no matter who developed a champ it's going to be OP on release.

From a business perspective it's better (for Riot) to have new champions accidentally OP than UP.

If OP at release - high champion/skin sales + non-paying customers unhappy
If UP at release - Low champion/skin sales + paying customers unhappy

Obviously the trick is to release strong-ish champions that don't need to be toned down immediately. MF/Talon were pretty good examples of this, Xerath may be one of the best.

If a champ appears OP at release, they're off the charts broken.
If a champ appears balanced at release, they're overpowered.
If a champ appears underpowered at release, they're probably balanced.

This is exactly why I dislike how quickly Riot releases new champs. I understand the need to make money but it isn't good for the game to have a new super powerful champion every two weeks. And if that champion isn't really strong they'll be buffed in future patches to make them strong.

I didn't want to start any OP arguments so I went with "strong-ish" instead. Hard to tell anyway since it's only concrete in retrospect, and until then it's all popular opinion

It is seriously silly for people to be talking about champ viability when no one has seen the numbers yet, let alone played the champ.

What is it that generally moves a champ into OP/UPness when patches come out? Completely changed mechanics or changes to numbers? Was Rumble secret OP because no one realized that flamespitter was just an OP ability idea or because it did retarded amounts of damage at level 1? Was Orianna OP because her entire skillset is BS design or was it just because her Q range was too high?

QED Anything is OP or UP with the right number attached to it, hardly matters what the skill is.

One of those was a global ad carry nerf though so you can't really blanket statement it like that. Ad carries were drastically changed during that patch ^_^

We are still investigating the situation – as you know, this is fairly complex and there are a lot of moving parts, and we want to make sure we have the full story before commenting further. We have requested the WCG clarify the situation and their rules further, and we’ll continue to keep you posted.

So wait, even after all of this Riot and WCG still aren't on the same page and still don't fully understand each other? I am amazed.

At the beginning of all his drama before the matches were played, I came across a post saying they only doing this because WCG trying to get one of their sponsor's teams into their tournament. Which at first I dismissed as funny but as a means of putting logic behind this whole fiasco I'm just going to say it's true because I refuse to believe that people can be this retarded.

Wasn't there a post from Riot a couple of days ago saying that this was a JOINT decision? What's with them trying to distance themselves now and blame it all on WCG.

And where the hell did that post go?
