If you're having mana issues you should learn how to manage your mana instead of buying useless items. If you can go through half the manapool of an ad carry during a teamfight ^_^

since when does teemo/trist have mana issues?
and for kog, thats only if you spam e, which is insanely mana inefficient

Managing your mana means you're using less spells than you could. Mana regen means you can use more spells and still have the same mana when a teamfight happens.
I am by no means advocating getting Nashor's Tooth for the mana regen, but it's hardly useless.

Using a few spells to quickly clear a creep wave isn't going to leave you out of mana for a teamfight.

I plan on it. I will get it as my first item on all my games as Teemo, and report my findings.
25% more mushrooms seems like nothing to scoff at.

I could understand someone arguing for Manamune on AD champions, but Nashor's? Unless you're trolling AP Tristana (and even then) I don't see why you'd want it on any AD carry.

Played with an MF for 3 strait games the other day, and it worked out pretty well. She went fast BT into nashor's and started doing some pretty sick damage. 25% CD reduction helps a lot as well. The fact that they added in AP to her ulti makes this item pretty viable on her. I had never bothered using the item before on any character except teemo a few times, but I kinda like it on MF. Her farm gets off the charts with it.

RANDOM QUESTION FOR STREAMERS
I'm using xsplit+own3d, it's all fine around 20-25 fps for me for like 40 minutes, then cpu load explodes and I'm suddenly at 5 fps. Restarting the stream fixes it, but that can't be the only solution.
I did defrag, close all random shit and clean my registry.
Own3d support told me to format my PC, but I highly doubt that's the only solution. >_>

For ~1000 gold less you get similar attack speed numbers, a greater damage increase (42 magic damage proc turns into more damage than 55 AP), and survivability stats, in exchange for some mp5 (Teemo has no mana regen issues--you're not going to use Q or W to farm, and your baseline regen is enough to shroom for yourself), and CDR (when he has 2 skills for which CDR isn't even useful).
When you're looking for a champ that uses all the stats, they really need to USE all of them, not find them "sort of nice".

Tripple Tiamat MF so good, 1 Q=1 dead minion wave.

problem for the vast majority of ranged ad's tho, is that crit is a far more valuable stat than cdr or mana regen, and theres a very good source of aspeed and crit that is similarly priced to tooth.

Ranged AD's, actually, only care about damage. Anything that adds the most damage for the given situation is what the AD carry wants. If crit is the stat that will offer the highest damage output for a certain situation, then by all means, they will go for crit. If they think armor penetration is needed for them to do the most possible damage, then that is what they will go to. There is no one end all be all stat that you must get to be the most effective, only total damage. Some champs will do more damage being able to spam abilities 25% faster than they would if they stacked crit and auto attacked.
The cool thing about Nashors is that it adds so MUCH cooldown reduction. If someone on your team builds up a soul shroud, then you can achieve CDR cap from one item in your own inventory, so long as you are with your teammate that has the other item. The key to a good build is finding ways to max out your stats with as few items as possible, and having them create good timings for you and your team during the course of the game.

Soul Shroud is the aura CDR, not Frozen Heart.

So according to my mom, League of Legends is the same thing as Facebook Sims.

Almost none of those champs are AD carries. And even for a few AD carries with spammable abilities, Triforce is superior (Corki, Ezreal), because it's so cost-effective, and the proc is so strong when you can use it every time it's up.

Nashor's Tooth = Noob Trap
Just because some item is cost efficient doesn't make it good.
If you need cdr hog blue buff. If you need mp/5 run mp/5 runes. If you need attack speed, get Wit's End or Zeal/PD. If you want AP get /list every other AP item in game.
