It's just a sample but I think something like this could be ok as a framework. Sample in Liquidpedia It looks nice for some base work. I'd like to see which champions were most popular (picks wise and bans wise) and you might want to include something about substitutes. Here you go. You can look up the champ stats for IPL 3. You would have to edit the file before every single game and then adjust your keybinds accordingly to achieve the appropriate effect if you like to mix smartcast with regular. Hm. You could have keep several notepad files and quickly rename them before a game starts perhaps. Actually, I wonder if people would like it if you could save hotkey setups like mastery pages. Would there actually be a significant demand for it? It wouldn't be worth implementing if only like 2 people use it. (That's less than the number of Karma players btw.) I'd be all for that really, don't really want to have to rebind hotkeys on the fly if I don't have to so I just stick to the default, but if given the option I'd definitely want to switch between keybinds.

But really, AP sion is way better because it's stronger in lane, it farms better, and it snowballs out of control because people not only gets 2 shotted by you, they can't even damage you up a certain extent.

AP Sion has a smoother power curve--he's strong in lane with both of his nukes ranked up a few times, and items mostly just augment his damage. His kit is also just better for burst damage. 1.5 second stun->shield is relatively easy to combo off, but it's rather hard to push sustained damage through once the stun wears off because you have no gap closer.
