Singed slow is movement speed slow only. Lee Sin E and Wither hit attack speed too. So it's definitely arguable.

That's release gunblade, not future gunblade. The numbers are from when it came out.

I've figured out the League of Legends equivalent to when your opponent in starcraft accuses you of maphacking. Its when the opposing team tells your team to report the person you were laning against for feeding. Great feeling.
(This is in the cases where you were just winning your lane super-hard, rather than when your lane opponent was actually feeding.)

Considering they have this logging feature that like logs sales and stuff they could refund those people their money fairly easily. Hell they could even like throw in a little bit of extra free RP/IP as a "we are sorry" kinda thing

Removing vlad is a whole lot of different compared to removing locket, people don't actually play locket, people still play vlad. What would you do if you'd gotten your RP back with your favourite champ removed?

Did games just crash for anyone else? Went into a game and it just messed up right as it began and I keep connecting back to it after exiting and redoing LoL and it loads but then just dies....wtf

In dota, there were patch releases where icefrog released 4 champions at once (Or was it 3) making it much more harder to balance obviously and all champions skills were quite different, you think LoL is going crazy with adding champions? Play DotA at the days.
In another note, i'm in favor of Yorick being removed, hes just such a messed up champion and terribly designed. Buff him he becomes OP, nerf him he becomes too strong. Its really hard to balance the sides with him because he's so weird.
