Skarner was probably a bad choice for competitive, but he's pretty fun at least.
Pro streamers playing champions in solo que doesn't mean they are good. Riven pretty much doesn't do anything. Xerath is worse brand with ridiculous ramp up time. Skarner is completely useless. Ult is rammus' taunt with 10x the cooldown and 1/2 the duration. Speed buff is smaller than rammus' and breaks when the shield is broken. Xerath could be buffed into something useful next patch

PKMN Trainer yorick, with each of his ghouls re skined as charmander, squirtle, and bulbasaur. Id buy that skin in a heartbeat.

Well perhaps with some chemicals, some biology. You can imagine your Yorick is a PKMN Trainer, I mean theres already a red ghoul (Charmander) a blue ghoul (Squirtle) and a white one (You should take some extra chemicals to make this one a bulbassaur)

If you're going to make Tiamat at all, you need to make 5 of them. 250% splash damage ftw.

Re Skins: The art team mostly has free reign over what they want to create. It's sort of a "hey this is cool let's make it" approach they have. Champion sales do influence them to a certain extent though. It is undeniable that Teemo skins sell, and they sell really well. Like, really well.
Re Bunnygirl: Why all the hate on rabbit ears? Usamimi cute~ Anyway, this idea will probably get veto-ed by someone at the higher level because it's questionable if it has Playboy influences. Same reason Teen Annie gets veto-ed.

TBH every champion is reliable in the right team, even at the highest level of arranged play--IPL should have made that obvious to everyone. Some just have less common niches that they fill. Common pick champions are generally more flexible and put less restrictions on your team-building at the banning/first-pick stage, which is why they're more common bans/first-picks, but when it comes to everyone getting in game, they're not necessarily any more critical to your team-comp than your 4th and 5th pick champs you're filling out your team-comp with.
The bigger concern is that 99.9% of the playerbase doesn't have a good enough understanding of this game to determine WHEN those niche champions are good. So it's much more reliable for them to play flexible cookie-cutter champions that fit in every team-comp.

At the time of posting i have bought 3 25$ cards and 1 10$ card. Your ranges are a bit small though, maybe it should have been 10-50, 50-100 etc.
I see that now, I didn't think so many people spent over 50$ to be honest! :o
pretty interesting =)

Especially if you're like me, and come from a WoW or other MMO background.
I had no problem with the $15/30day fee because I feel like I got at least 50 cents worth of entertainment a day. And, since I didn't buy a whole lot of other games at the time, $15 for a month of game when I normally spent $50+ on a console/PC game that only lasted a week or so was a great deal.
So for LoL, I've spent about $65 dollars over time on champs and skins, which is about what I'd pay for a game, and LoL has lasted a long time of enjoyment. Money well spent.

OH MY GOD RANDOM PAUSES ARE AMAZING! In before someone accidentally pauses the game and then gets a loss. (If it is WC3/SC2 style pausing and not Vote Pause)

You mean like typing 'pp' instead of 'ppp' and get DQ'ed?

It would most likely be pause requests.

Yeah, for those of us with income, tossing some money in the ring to get cool stuff [faster] is pretty much fine, especially when you have limited time and grinding isn't something you really care to do.
Does the $20 LoL Gift Card I got for my birthday last year from a friend count?
