Just looking at Talon's numbers... he seems pretty OP. If you ult and run out of the circle, stand right on top of an enemy, do you deal like 2000 damage?

no, phreak lied in his video, the ult only deals damage once when blades go out and once when they come back, no matter how many daggers hit.

His numbers look weak to me, lee sin has like 3 times the Ad scaling he has.

I'm really late to the party, but the ELO changes are really dumb. Gold used to take quite a bit of effort to get to (and had a meaningful reward) and plat was obv a real tough thing to get. Now, it's just like GOLD FOR EVERYONE AT THE LAST MINUTE LOL.

Can some1 post Talons actual skill dmg + ratios inbefore we discuss UP/OP stuff ..... \

Also scarner looked good on paper and turn out meh

Edit : Nwm used my phone to get ratios

Q LV5 150 + 0.3 Ad + each second 15 +0.033 ad dmg ( 6 sec duration )
W LV5 130 + 0.6 ad 40% slow
E LV5 10 sec CD 15% dmg increase
R LV5 300 + 0.9 ad

All +AD is from BONUS AD not tottal

Seems that ult is the actual trademark of Talon espec with 40 sec CD lv5
