His numbers haven't been touched for a few months and those were only pretty small nerfs. | ||

Also scarner looked good on paper and turn out meh Edit : Nwm used my phone to get ratios Q LV5 150 + 0.3 Ad + each second 15 +0.033 ad dmg ( 6 sec duration ) W LV5 130 + 0.6 ad 40% slow E LV5 10 sec CD 15% dmg increase R LV5 300 + 0.9 ad All +AD is from BONUS AD not tottal Seems that ult is the actual trademark of Talon espec with 40 sec CD lv5 | ||

It works now ezpz, you can even do blue first as long as you spec some flat HP. | ||
