Riot labels classically are shit (Heimer support anyone?). They appear to have gotten better as some of the more ridiculous ones are gone (I haven't checked them all though). Additionally, the descriptions don't really tell you anything about whether a hero is realistically viable in play currently. Good example is how the op likes Twitch but realizes that he is a terrible hero.

Hardcore AP-counter.
40% CD means E has a 6sec CD and 2.5 sec silence. You can just brush off any harass with the W and your base defense stats are actually really good because you have both a passive MR increase and big chunk of armor on the heal.
I think the 30 range increase on her Q, better scaling and mr shred probably means she can shit over a lot of champions and hardcore deny people. If played properly she never has to back until she wants to either. Her skills provide infinite mana and HP.
People too eager to make her trash whilst she is up and coming into the mid like a bawz.

even with bruzer stacking armor i killed him repeatedly with panth
and i suck
so i'm not impressed

The big problem is, thanks to the increased CD on heal and the removal of double mana increase on E, you don't get infinite HP or infinite mana, even alone. Sure, E is an outstanding spell for harass, but its damage is relatively low and Soraka is especially bad at farming without Starcall. If you choose to get Starcall over heal, then you get more damage (actually a half-decent amount) but remain fragile.
imo mid Soraka is 100% outclassed by Vlad, who gets his main harass and sustain on the same skill.

Suddenly seems Mid soraka has become an overnight thing to try and it takes people off guard.
Imagine a self sustaining AP nuker with a silence, mad harass to any AP mid that don't have a heal themselves (lol which one has?). Maybe not going to be Oriana's power level late game, but I think a lot of brands and annies etc are gonna be in for some weird games being zoned out by a soraka mid :D

Lategame you just transition into the support role she always had.
Early game you completly ruin the enemy AP by simply denying him all day long. No exchange is going to be fair because you can just silence and smack them whilst you heal up the damage.
It's not about wich AP is a better contribution to the team when you simply crush the enemy AP on the lane and deny him any gold. A 200CS Soraka deals more damage then a 0 CS Annie.

I'm no expert but pretty sure brand would get free spells on soraka if she would try to Q or silence him.

Its huge, it contains files that will be used for Dominion. You can see the new shop items when you play already. Some of them look great.

So curiously the only bug with shaders is on low; anything else (off to very high) works fine.

Are people actually able to farm this much with Soraka? I've played quite a few games on her and I still probably only get 60% of the minions when my AD leaves bot.
Actually, I probably do a bit better than that until a carriage wave comes out. Once that happens I find it pretty much impossible to hit things before they die.

Is it just me or has Urgot always been this strong? I've been shitting on people for 10 straight games today with him...he just does so much damage in the early-mid game...ridiculous.
