So is the riot prefix restricted to actual staff or is it theoretically possible for others to have riot in their names?

I'm not sure if you know, but controlling the wave includes pushing it. There actually are legitimate matchups where you can just afk push all day and the enemy can't do anything about it because they don't have a good/efficient way to clear creeps fast enough.
A good example is sion vs renekton. Both push the wave equally fast. Difference being renekton clears the wave while healing off it, and uses no mana. Sion uses mana and uses a shield; he doesn't heal from it. In the end renekton wins out from outpushing sion because sion will run out of mana, or get low on health eventually. Even though the 2 can clear the waves equally as fast renekton wins out. Both of their wave control essentially revolves around clearing the wave in 2 seconds. They don't need to control the wave at a certain point because it's a waste of time for both of them. A LOT of champs are like this.
Wave control = lane control in most instances because of that because Riot thinks it's good to give every champ 2+ AoE moves to farm easy. How do you control your wave in these examples? You clear it. Is this also an example of lane control? Yes.

I just played a normal 5v5 normal game with a Sivir mid... who went Triforce followed by Banshees Veil (after boots), then when I called them out on it, they said it "Triforce scales with everything, so its fine." Then proceeded to blame me for dying when I was getting wailed on by their Ashe with the Bloodthirster, Black Cleaver, Phantom Dancer, etc.
I'm beginning to think I don't want to experience elo hell.

Shushei makes anything look good. I don't even know how he does it. The duder just casually dominated with her like it was nothing but a cakewalk. Scary stuff man. Though his choice in anime is a tad, odd.

Also i was thinking if you were in a 5 man team couldn't you have 3 or 4 people with smite that all use it at once to reliably steal dragon and baron?
