- very quick jungler, but pays for his speed with risk of being counterjungled (if you want to jungle at amazing speed you have to keep yourself at low hp) - huge amounts of true damage - has two "peaks" of power - level 9, where your 360 true damage E smashes 1/4-1/3 of any squishy's hp, and lategame if you built him tanky (or if you built him lilballz's way - randu/stark/atma/mallet) - thanks to ulti and passive grabbing boots of swiftness on him is viable choice - HE'S A BERZERKER AND SHOUTS LIKE A MAD - while having amazing jungling speed he still is huge ganking threat, just like Udyr - while ulted he can fulfill the mini-poppy role - you jump on their carry and he HAS to go back (add to that randuin and he can't go back  )- his fighting power isn't constant through the battle - there's the phase when Olaf is ulted and when he's not ulted as well as there are phases: 1) when his W is on and 2) when it's cooling down. Olaf with low HP and W active can lifesteal-tank like a beast | ||

New topic: what do you think Urgot needs to become viable? Way better scaling to Q? Or will this not cover the fact that his skills have like 0 synergy (except for "artificial synergy" of e-q with "locking on target") | ||

For Ionia the Summoners are Poruku, NeoIllusions, Eclipse, Frozt, and Guardsman Bob. For Noxus its Vorath, Edwy, Roku, Poisonidon, and Friend Neoillusions, why do you leave out your loyal liquidparty fan from the team??????????? Also, do want some of those RP/IPzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. | ||

but yeah, tbh, he is so stupidly good in 1v1 matchups (except malphite, that fucker, and even then he can hold his own if you play it perfectly) that i cant see them buffing him in any way and being able to make it anything less than glaringly op edit: also, regarding the speedtest shit, is it normal for upload speed to be lower than download? kus my upload is higher... | ||

Yeah, that would be insanely OP and then everyone would play him and then he'd get nerfed... As far as buffing his ult, I'm not so sure it needs it. Maybe for when they remove flash, add a free flash to it or something because as it stands now, since Urgot's DPS is hurting in teamfights and is only single target anyway, I use him as an initiate-bot. Worst case scenario: their carry takes some damage, flashes out, has to go back and I die. Best case: their carry dies and I get off scot-free and the 4v5 begins. I find the 2nd scenario happens more often than not because of my flash and the extra armor/mres on the ult + survivability items. The range on it at lvl 16 is nice enough that unless your carry is Tristana, you're pretty fucked. | ||
