Edit: Well Master Yi I think is now an amazing jungler after meeting a lil someone and I think he can be considered in the higher tier of junglers (SO GOOD). | ||

His speed even with the bare minimum of procs is decently fast. you may have to b a little early if you're really unlucky (read, 1 proc in 16 creeps, has only happened once to me). its just that with good procs, he goes from decently fast to godly fast. | ||

He's really retardedly strong, it's absurd. But laning against Sivir is a bitch because she just shields all your Qs and still gets to farm which is hella imba because Malphite's suppose to automatically win all lanes just by Qing. Sivir nerf is needed imo. Then we lost because our Amumu was always out of position and we were a team with no ranged DPS trying to push into Anivia... QQ. | ||

and on the pushing front, she's just impossible to push into and very fast at getting all of your lanes pushing. It's just a throwback to early 2010 when it was all push teams with big AoE presence. but basically, they made sivir's laning too good by dropping the CD on spell shield, increasing her base attack range, and giving boomerang blade AD scaling. you take that away and she'll just get bossed around for too long and end up underfarmed. it's walking the razor's edge trying to balance the stupid character. LW not working with ricochet might help a lot, but it would be an arbitrary inconsistency (like having Pounce not affected by CDR) and I think those are HORRIBLE design. | ||
