I'm mostly thinking of cross lane arrows or stuff like that where you hit a running enemy from an angle. Not having smartcast on for those helps a TON.

Skillshots are usually spells I don't want to throw out on a whim. I've definitely decided against casting many spells in between hitting the key and clicking a target, and I'm sure everyone has thrown that bandage as amumu that they hope to god doesn't hit.

Speaking of which, I think I have revised my opinions on whether he's going to be released. The particle animations and stuff you can see behind the blurriness suggest real skills with unique animations. I have a feeling the spotlight was just to throw people off but I think he may be released with his current skillset (obviously not the OP versions).

Just what we need, another strong melee champ with instant distance closing. Yaaaaayyyyy.....

Problem with that is you have to have skill at the game to play a ranged squishy. Not so much beefy dps. Riot has proven time and again they dont like characters that are op when used by high skill players.

Irelia is still kinda ridiculous. UnCCable tanky wrecking ball if she has anyone backing her up. Nobody else complained about them until she showed up, and maybe renektron. MAYBE olaf. (but those axes can be a pain to hit)

More fuel for his existence: There's a LeeSin event or event group in the game's main FMOD .fev file. There doesn't seem to be anything else in there except that one entry. Not sure if it's linked to any particular sound. I didn't try looking for anything else.

There are no Urf character sounds. There are sounds related to urf, but they pertain to the autumn map and when he shows up as a ghost.

From what I have played ashe I don't think there is any blue-circle-like thingy that I would need, the arrow just shoots wherever my mouse cursor is, So there is no difference At All? As for Anivia wall, I suppose you can mess people up when you are not used to it. I don't know what you expect me to say, are you telling me there is no way you can aim walls/veigar stuns/ashe ultimates without blue circle thingy? There is practice, and in combination with smartcast will make your reactions faster.
As for the other stuff, I can press D and F buttons ezpz with index finger and mundo has skillshot AND I play him ;p cleaver is about as skillshoty thing there is in LoL.
