If you want to make the "most common" argument, the most common solo queue opponent is the guy who has a generic runepage and cookie-cutter non-defensive masteries like 21/0/9 (carries) or 9/0/21 (casters), which means you should be optimizing vs. 30 MR, not 36. My impression is that SoS is vastly underestimated by the average player, and even more so after the nerfs.
Obviously this is all hand-waving unless we have real statistics for MRes glyph usage vs. 6 MRes mastery usage. But there's really nothing to suggest that 6 MRes is more common by a significant amount.
We believe one of the factors in earning IP and XP should be the risk players take to earn them. For most players, normal and ranked games are going to be more difficult (higher risk) than Co-op vs. AI. As such, you will generally earn more IP/XP by playing normal and ranked games. This will become more noticeable as your summoner level increases.
Here are the rules for Co-op vs AI rewards:
o Level 15+ summoners are limited to 180 reward minutes per day. This is a shared pool of minutes for both custom games and Co-op vs. AI. o Level 30 summoners will only receive rewards for the first 15 Co-op vs. AI games played each day. o Co-op vs. AI games share the same -25% reward penalty as custom games. o Additionally, the following modifiers are applied based on summoner level and bot difficulty setting. These percentages represent how much of the standard reward is received:
I'm not sure how i feel about this. I mean I know they're all normal games but I've been pretty much convinced I suck with him because i couldn't land Nevermore to save my life.
Apparently R>E>Q>W with 1 pt in W at like 9 isnt what some people are used to.

....the build is for solo jarvan
Didn't work, I was solo top then team went 1-12 on other lanes and I couldn't carry because I deal no dmg with that build.

You really believe you're giving solid advice and not trolling but in reality you are; the true Shikyo way. There have only been two summoners to ever truly master this technique, Jazriel being the other.

Dude if you want Tryndameres in your games to be useless until 40 mins be my guest.
